This number called around supper time.  Some female named Cassandra with some survey company.  I hung up, then blocked the number.

It's a scam, they just tried faxing me from the same phone number 855-496-4285. I am not now, and never have been a customer of TD Bank!

Called our business, but I was on another call so I let it go to VM. Left a blank air "message". We are not in Canada, nor do we bank with TD Bank. If they had any business with us, they could have left a message on the VM.

I got calls from this # and I am no client or anything to do with TD....how's that!!!!!!

This douche said he was with US Bank

Called our business again today and left a message finally about a survey for US Bank. Called them back and asked to be removed from the list. They were polite enough about it. We'll see if they follow through. I don't have time to be on the phone answering a dumb survey for the bank...

I have an account with T D BANK , I called them about this call and it turns out it is them ,, not a bogus call. they just started doing buisness with this company.

Well guys, first of all your number was provided by your bank, or in some other cases by your financial institution. Second, the calls are automated, which means that is a computer that calls your house/cell phone, it is not the interviewer who is dealing your number, so no need to be rude. If you do not have 5 minutes to share your feedback, to express yourself about how you feel with the service you have received from your bank, to make them improve their service or to just let them know they should keep doing the same thing, providing the service the same way they are doing, then just ask them to put you in the DO NOT CALL LIST, rather than wishing their death. Treat them as if you were at the bank, I know that this can be annoying sometimes, and I give you my word it is annoying for the interviewer to hear people yelling at them. Finally it is just a job, like YOURS!

OK, when I saw unavailable and an 855 # I presumed it was India scammers.  SO I called TD Bank's main number and waited to find out.  She agreed that it sounds fishy, but it is a marketing company that works for TD Bank and other companies as well.  They are in the US and don't hire the brightest bulbs.   By law, they are supposed to identify themselves, the company they are calling from and the company they are calling for.

This is a third party company that TD Bank uses for its customer experience surveys. Presumably, this company also does work for other companies as well. Here's a link to TD website that discusses this number and how you can get them to stop if you wish.

I often get a call from this number but there is never anyone there.  Is there any way to block it?

Not a scam. Survey call. Just annoying.

This is a company hired by a bank you did business with to ask customer satisfaction on your visit. Unfortunately the lady has no etiquite on the phone.
She ask for a member of the household by name, not even thinking to introduce herself. If you dont answer your phone, they dont even leave a message. Its hard to believe a company is so crass and lacks manners. but it is a company called Greenich Associates
