- Lyn| 1 replyOMG They call after every visit to TD Bank? Wow, that's really a big incentive to never go to TD Bank. My husband has an account there and already answered one of their surveys, He stopped in to the local TD bank on Wednesday morning and we got a call from the survey company Thursday morning. They always call during the day when my husband isn't home, even though I have told them to call in the evening if they want to talk to him, and this has happened so many times that I recognize the number when I look at caller ID. So he came home early Thursday afternoon and the phone rang. I answered and said, "yes, I am so glad you called because he is home and now he can tell you to stop calling". I handed him the phone and they had already hung up. I wonder if TD Bank is aware of how many people are so frustrated and angry about these calls that they would never consider using TD Bank. I understand the desire to provide good customer service but a survey after every visit to the bank turns customer service into customer disservice. If I have a problem with customer service I will call the bank and say so. Now that the phone rings constantly with political robocalls and surveys about how I am going to vote, the last thing I need is multiple phone calls per day from some company hired to find out if my husband had a positive experience at TD Bank. Newsflash--it was a good experience right up until you called and now it's bad...really bad.

- CALLED VIA MICROSOFT VOICE replies to Ara BrunoTD Bank's customer service website verified for someone else that this is TD's 3rd party satisfaction survey company.
- Donna replies to AnnaI don't have a TD bank account (nor will I ever purely because of the large number of telemarketing calls). I do have TD insurance though and will be registering ANOTHER complaint about these frequent calls. Just received another one. Someone calling me multiple times with a "survey" each and every time I have interaction with an insurance agent or customer service representative is NOT a good way to retain clients.
- JonJust had this number call and was very skeptical at first but I had initially asked how long the survey would take and I said why not.. The person didn't ask for any personal information and strictly asked questions about how my last visit to TD bank was. As much as I hope to not get this call too often, I'm happy that TD has someone surveying and trying to make the customer have a better experience through the responses I give.

- MikeThey called my mobile phone and asked to speak to my full name (middle initial), saying they were doing a survey for TD Canada Trust. Told them I wasn't available. I am not and have never been a TD customer, and I'm on the DNCL, so this is highly suspicious.

- Terry replies to AnnaMaybe they should identify yourselves. Most people in today's climate, do not answer anonymous calls for fear of scams or scam attempts. I know banks figure they can do what they want, but I'm hoping TD Bank doesn't mean The Dumb Bank.
- KarineI have no link with TD Bank, am not a customer and received a call from that number tonight. I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.
