I do no answer calls unless I know the caller.  I also received the computerized message on my answering machine on Feb. 19, telling me that the license key on my Microsoft Windows had expired and all Microsoft services would be discontinued.  I must call 855-539-4914 immediately--this is an emergency! The message was then repeated.  Funny the call back number is the same as the number from which they "called" except for the last digit.  Nice scam!

Only one ringy dingy so I think the free call blocker got.  Besides we only use Mac computers.  MS computers used to get infected and die.  Ask my son about his experience with that.

Received a call from this number today. I did not answer, but an automated message was left stating that my Microsoft License Certificate has expired. I get so many 'unknown" calls from people stating they are with Windows Technical Support, I normally just hang up the phone. I will get me a loud horn or whistle to blow as loud as possible into the line and hope it burst the person's eardrum; maybe then they'll stop calling with this b...s..t!

Take your computer to a reputable local computer repair place.  They can probably fix it for a lot less than $299.

Similar variant to many last fall; message was cut off before answering machine picked up, but gist was "Microsoft", alerting that our computer's registration code was expired (!!??) and to call some other number. Obviously these are scammers, but also sadly obvious there are no government resources alloted to address such. Of course, the conservative Court likely would have sustained some dubious "rights" to lie, swindle, steal. We'll see how the future of cyber crime evolves and flourishes in the next decade. Meanwhile, we're all alone in this together, so share every bad number, con artist, etc. to protect one another, because there sure is no one else out there working on our behalf.

    Nancy S.this a scam similar
This is a scam call, suggesting they are Microsoft personnel similar to other reports.  They change their story each time so don't respond to their questions.

I notice you tried to hide this on one of the middle pages.  You need to go back to your KKK meeting and give up your white sheet telling them you have failed at your racist post.
