Totally unacepptable. I filed a complaint with another representative that is supposed to be forwarding my complaint to the top.

I've never experienced BAD BUSINESS like this.

I was called "STUPID" today by one of the Supervisors today who further stated he doesn't have to treat me like a customer because I'm not a Customer, I'm a DEBTOR!

WOW, where is INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM.

This person called me my JOB 6 times threatening to do an Verification and garnish my wages which by Federal law only the government can garnish wages.  Her name was Yolanda, she called from this number and this number (855) 868-2577.  But by law they can only all your Job one time and that is to verify employment.  Not to harass you which she has been doing to me.  I never had a payday loan yet she said I owed $465.00 this is a scam please be aware.  I did apply for car loan online and since then this happen to me.

the number is a scam I call someone lastnight and they told me the number is 855-868-2577 is a scam to get them money. to bad police can not fine them. they use lost of number to scam people. they told me I own them $2000 I told them nope nice try and they got mad at me and just hung up on me. then they try use othere number was 855-868-2578.

This number keeps calling my work with no no information given to what is about. How do I stop them from calling my work.

I received a phone call telling me to hire an attorney because they were taking me to court.  I have never dealt with these people and do not plan to.  I just marked it as spam.  They say I have a VIP Loan and since VIP is not legal in my state they are taking it over.  Really crazy and very rude people.

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM LIBBY TOTAL RECOVERY SOLUTIONS PROVIDED A CALL BACK NUMBER OF 855-242-8566 SHE LEFT A VOICEMAIL ONLY STATING THAT SHE NEEDS A CALL BACK FROM ME. I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK AND ONLY GOT EXTENSION 5981 IS NOT AVAILABLE TO PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE. THEY CALLED ME AT MY WORK. THIS MIGHT BE A SCAM BUT I AM UNSURE OF WHO IT IS. IF ANYONE HAS SOME ADVISE PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

I enjoy reading all these stories and complaints about these types of calls because I have, through years of financial difficulties and having to connect with these "low-life" people, the perfect solution. I NEVER TALK TO THEM - EVER! If you don't talk to them they can't upset or threaten you. They will use any tactics at their disposal to intimidate you. My situation, though, is a little different than others. I am retired and receiving social security and a pension, so they can't call my employer or garnish my wages or threaten me, relative to my "credit score",  because, unfortunately, it can't get much worse. Just follow the "no answer" routine unless you know who is calling and if you do answer by mistake, don't ever try to carry on a conversation with them because it will just cause you more anxiety ! REMEMBER - NEVER, EVER TALK TO THESE DEGENERATES!  ! !

Good advice. As illegal robo-calls (like these), have increased exponentially over the past several years, we respond by blocking them. After a while, they give up and move on to what they hope will be a soft target. The $5.00 a month we spend on this service is worth its weight in gold!

I have noticed the phone number calling my work.  I have to put them on hold then they hang up.  They have called my cell 5 times in the last week and a half but never leave a message

Money. Those scammers saying there lawyers n credit business
Bureaus. Just block these numbers n one day they will get caught.

They keep calling on my cell phone and at work.   I have already reported them to the NY State Department of Financial Services and the FTC.  I know from the comments and what I've read that they are a PAYDAY loan collection company.  They are idiots and I won't answer the call.  I have notified my HR and payroll dept to notify me of any calls or requests on their behalf.  Also sent a CEASE & DESIST Letter and a Wage assignment Revokation.   They are stupid because PAYDAY loans are totally illegal in NYS and are a Class C Felony for any one who solicits or attempts to collect on a debt.
