The government also says... Aliens do not exist. 911 was all terrorists. Illegal aliens need to be made legal. Big foot may be real. Ebola was not that bad. I mean come on folks. You took money then try to say its a scam when your debt is sold and when they come looking for the money you says because you cant produce any docs where I signed with YOU about this debt then it is now invalid? Yeah you are thieves, pure and simple.

Seems this number 855-868-2577 is getting around to a lot of us. Here's my 2 cents worth as these people keep hounding the business office I run IT for. They somehow have access to an internal number and keep harassing it, leaving messages about incomplete paperwork and so forth. Definitely sounds like a phishing scam, so beware if you hear from these "people". And for more info, this is another couple of sites I found listing this place's contact info:

    Hey JC,
Were you aware disclosing a debt to anyone other than the debtor or his/her spouse is against the law in California? Those underhanded types of bullying will result in hefty fines to the collection agency and/or lawsuits against their goons. Contact BBB or the FCC or even the FBI. Any threat against another human being in the USA is considered terrorism. Check it out for yourself. These mafia type of threats will result in arrests.

Hey Big Baller.  You're 2 years late on responding to a post.  Besides, I can't figure what your point is.  The way I read it, Mr./Ms. JC is pretty much on the ball in protecting his/her employees,  without embarrassment,  from abuse regardless of what state or territory. As a business owner, I'm sure he/she would be familiar with any laws applicable to him/her in relation to the business and the location..

What???  Brother,  you need to re-read His post. Sounds like you are implying things that aren't even there.  If you didn't notice, I believe he's one of the good guys. Untimely response  two years later.

    Hey Jeff,
Sounds like I hit a nerve big guy. Ouch!
What if I worked in a medical clinic, found out you had AIDS then contacted everyone in your office to prevent them from being exposed to your disease. Guess that would teach you a thing or two about responsibility huh?
What?? You say that's HIPPA and you're protected by law? Wait...I wasn't trained on those laws because my employer forgot.

Yeah it's relevant big boy. You or your employees can be sued for sharing someone's personal information. Debts, medical issues or criminal records.

I'm the [***] that protects people from people like you. I love my job and I'm good at it.

Actually it is against the law in every state since that is covered under Federal law ( the FDCPA).  The FCC not the FBI have any  jurisdiction over debt collectors, the BBB is toothless.
The proper place to make debt collector complaints are:  Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
List of State AG’s offices:  http://consumerfraudreporting.org/stateattorneygenerallist.php
You are doing a good job, though, keep up the good fight.
