PEOPLE yes we finally got rid of that low life joey as you see 800 notes has deleted some of the posts from the low life debt collectors..there is three reasons why 800 notes deletes the profiles
1..the foul language ...there was no foul language
2..the lies where they can have you arrested or sued after the SOL has passed..yes there was posts from these low lifes where they say you can be arrested and the ones they posted on line was the criminals that purposely wrote bad checks be he couldnt post a nsf check for 30.00 that was written out to a store or utility company and show you that person was arrested so 800 note s deleted the arrest posts.
3..800 notes also sees that most of the posts came from the same computer but using different names they check the IP ADDRESS and see that they came from the same computer and deleted them.
so now you know that the low lifes are nothing but lying low life debt collectors and they dont even post on here anymore if they call you for a small check you wrote out years ago and they demand thousands of dollars just laugh at them and hang up
thank god we got rid of the IDIOTS..

    I will miss him so.....

The existance of this board is a great tool in providing a valuable information source for those who are being bullied into making unwise decisions based upon the threats and unethical tactics used by questionable people.  Although some of the posts are a little aggressive, and some even comical at times, most of the time they make a valuable point and encourage others to stand up in protection of their rights under the FDCPA.  Those posts that go overboard in acceptability, the Board Admin does a pretty decent job of weeding them out.   I believe that anyone who owes a valid and  legitimately collectable debt,  should make every effort to pay that debt,  if at all possible.  As long as any collections attempts are made by authorized people using proper protocol, identification, courtesy,  validation,  in written form,  and follows the laws of the FDCPA.  When unethical tactics, harassment and even fearful threats are made, whether the debt is legitimate or not,   I find it hateful,  and like others who regularly post,  It's difficult to sit back and let people get the beeJeeBees scared out of them,  or  scammed by some stranger over the phone.  12 x 6, Gunnar and the rest,  Thank you for your Posts and keep up the good work.

The way I am reading it, the list of crimes that Joeeeey has submitted doesn't amount to a hill of beans.
Out of the entire list,  only ONE was arrested for a bad check which seems to be the theme for this thread.  Second from top,  Annette L. Lane.
All of the rest on his list ranged from intoxication,  disorderly behavior,  curelty to animals, sex crimes,  and more that were almost laughable.  As for the 25 year old man (not woman)  in Pittsburgh,  Kansas,  this guy wrote bad checks at 16 different businesses,  in 5 towns,  within the same county.  Apparently they were all misdeamenors and the DA had to roll them all into one charge to get a folony.  As I stated in a previous post,  "Hell,  The man should have been shot on sight!"   But,  I don't see how does this relates to that dump truck load of old SOL checks that Joeeeey (Chris)  bought for $5.00 and a halfa tank of gas containing  Granny's  10.00 check written in 1956 and Joeeeeys collection efforts to sent her up the creek if she don't pay him  $2,500.35 with a walmart debit card withing the next 25 minutes.

I don't get your point Joeeeey.  You didn't do anything to get him arrested.  Nor did any other sleezy collector. It had nothing to do with your shady methods of collections, illegal tactics in violation of the FDCPA  or your attempts to shake downs some kid for his lunch money.   The man said he was notified,  he reported, and he  paid,  and that was that.  No WHAT IFs.  If he had been jailed it certainly wouldn't have been because of some sleezy scammer making phoney telephone threats....

    Corrections:
The current cost to send a simple notice in a #10 envelope is $5.75 via USPS CMRR. Its recipient may yet stupidly disobey what it says, which then turns a costly delivery into a cheap investment toward potentially thousands of damage award dollars.

Someone in Allen's place, who was not the alleged debtor, can safely issue a full C&D, banning ALL further contact from the offending collector. Those who are alleged to owe can follow your suggestion, or ban phone calls on certain hours and days as "inconvenient", but must leave a channel open -- preferably a paper trail -- to avoid getting fast-tracked into a creditor lawsuit.

I doubt you are even affiliated with any Newhall Assos.  No legitimate business would or could act like you do and have any kind of rating.  I think you are some clown spoofing caller IDs, searching for some kind of legitimacy to fleese people.

    Ummmm.  I've read them all.
1st.    5 bad checks.  Charged with theft,  receiving stolen property, & passing bad checks.  Checks still in SOL.  Good!  Should be arrested.   Not your typical  2.00 out of SOL check.  Who filed the charges?  Where did the sleezy collections toad get involved in it?  How does this relate to your sleezy collections tactics?

2nd.   Forgery of checks.  Manager in store recoginized him and pointed him out to an officer. the check was  Forgery.  Not your typical 2.00 out of SOL check.  Who filed the charges?  The Sleezy collections
toad?  Doesn't prove anything for your case in the art of shaking down out of SOL  3.00 checks.

3rd.    $2,200.00  counterfeit check attempting to get cash for purchase of Drugs.  Aw Cmon now!  Where is  the 2.00 out of SOL check that grandpa wrote in the 70s?   Who filed the charges?  Where does the
sleezy debt collector come into this one and how does it prove your stance on filing charges against aunt Myrtle's  10.00  check in 1982?

4th      $  1,166.00 check to buy a GUN?  Not your typical  2.00 check,  now was it?  Still in SOL.  Where is the sleezy debt collector and how did he help make your case?

5th     A check for $9,700.00 and theft of property?   Good Lord,  I won't even attempt to address this one.
Not your typical out of SOL check,  now was it.. Ha,  I will bet you'd like to get hold of this one
wouldn't you.   Call him up on the phone,  threaten him,  Get all Giggley,  You'd have a field day and would have to change your Depends.

6th     Bad checks.  STILL IN SOL.   2 counts in Woodsocket RI,   2 counts in Lincoln RI.  Arrest came because of a pending investigation with the dept of motor vehicles.   Where was the Collection dude on this one?  And how does this prove any point for your joey...

I agree!   All should have been arrested.  But Lets compare apples to apples when you make your comparisons.   All checks were within  SOL and went a little beyond the typical check for a quart of milk.   Now,  explain how a sleezy collections guy, such as yourself,  had anything to do with the arrests and how this proves anything for the art of illegal collections tactics and justification of your violations of the law i.e. FDCPA.  Where does that  $1.50 OUT OF SOL check written back in the 90s come into play by a collectionist Professional (Like that word "collectionist?") such as yourself.  Show proof of YOUR own actions to get people served, arrested,  and convicted on these checks that you attempt to collect.
Complete with all of the documentation,  just like your pasted links,  showing Joey (only your real name and your  company?,  address (Mailing and Physical),  Regular business phone number,  and complete details of your actions in getting these people jail time.    Fair request for facts,  not BS.

What in the world did you post those two links for?  They don't prove anything?  The total arrests made in both links that you posted,  as proof,   had a total of 82 arrests  of which only 4 were bad checks. All checks were definately large and "STILL IN SOL"   Not one arrest came about because of some collection sleezeball and the charges were  pressed by those offended.  Not one was granny's milk money....I didn't read where any collections toad had them  "SERVED WITH PAPERS"   nor was anyone given an opportunity to redeem themselves by getting a prepaid walmart card for some stranger over the phone,   within the hour. No paper trails accepted...

Seth replies to Outraged that I'm Broke
Okay Joeeey,   I have check each link that you posted citing worthless checks...Now lets run em down for everyone.

1st link....man arrested for writing a $27,000.00 check in Ada, Okla.  He was arrested by the Chicksaw nation Tribal Police.  Check obviously within the SOL.  In further researching this,  I find that the crime was committed by a member of the tribe against a member of the tribe,  on tribal lands.  I'm curious,  how does this fit in with your collections of  $2.00  out of SOL checks?  I suspect he has been Hung from the Tribal tree by now,  and without the aid of a sleezy collection agency.

2nd link....* lady arrested for selling a schedule IV substance...   That would be Prescription Pills
                  * man arrested for selling a schedule IV substance...    That also is prescription pills
                  * man arrested for larceny and obtaining property by false pretense.  He stole tools from a pickup
and sold them to a pawn shop for $2,500.00.  Care to comment Joseph...on how relative this one is to out of SOL checks?
                  * man arrested for Passing  $25,000.00 worth of checks.  Charges were filed by the Bank.  Still in SOL.  Didn't say a word about a collections artist bringing him down.
                  * Man arrested for breaking and entering

3rd Link   *This article was no longer available.  (Musta been the one with all of the bad checks, HUH?)

4th Link.  * habitual Traffic offender
                  *Concealed fire arm,  Grand theft
*concealed fire arm,  aggravated battery with bodily harm
                  *Grand Theft
                  * DUI, 2nd offense, driving without valid license
                  *Domestic Violence Battery
                  * domestic violence battery  (must have been a couple...One wrote the other a bad check ha ha)
                  *  Posession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia
                  *  Grand theft and fraud use of a credit card
                  *  Battery with a deadly weapon
                  *  There are 15 more similar arrests here of which only one is a person charged with counterfeit and forged instrument.

Now my question is simply "What the heck does all of this have to do with the collection of a pissy little check written  out of SOL,  for $2 that brings on threats of jail time, arrest,  papers served, and illegal  threats in violation of the FDCPA if one doesn't come up with  $2,500.00 on a debit card,  with no paper trail,  to cover them?

Where is the APPLES TO APPLES comparisons?  Didn't you assume someone would take the time to read them?    Man you are comparing a Mule to a Racehorse here....

I give up Joseph...I don't think you are a real person.  I think you are just funnin us all by play devils advocate.
