Crap....get you story straight Joseph-Chris.  Is it newhall associates,  or  newhall investigations,  or newhall investigators.  You've used each.   Different web sites on the internet!   Newhall investigations is the one with actual phone numbers,  addresses,  and contact information.  A very impressive web site.  Is this where you are located?  This is the one that you reference in your post (at the bottom under caller)   Because you were asked before and didn't respond.   Yet I keep seeing  Newhall Associates and their web site is nothing but a mock up with no information on location, contact info,  names, numbers or anything. Just a Bogus page.  I hope you are not trying to steal credit for newhall investigations ratings when you reference your stellar success record.  

I would like to see,  in writing and verifiable,  some of that 96%  collections success you claim.  I'd like to see,  in writing and verifiable,  some of those you sued or sent to jail.  Just for the helluvit.

I doubt very seriouly that that link is anyone connected with Joeeey.  He has claimed Newhall investigations, newhall investigators,  newhall associates,  newhall fraud investigations,  and some more on other threads.
It's pretty obvious that he is spoofing.  That Newhall investigations in LA has a very nice web site,  with a toll free number that begins with 1-800  and they welcome calls and inquiries.  Also, the type of service that they advertise does not even mention the type of work Joey is doing.  Google  Newhall Investigations and read their web site and see if anyone would honestly employ a scammer like joey.  Someone who calls over the phone with threats and demands  to be paid with a prepaid debit card, with no paper trail.  How in the world could any legitimate collections business refuse to accept  all other forms of payment.  Ofcourse I just preaching to the Choir here.  I know that everyone here already knows about Joey and his cloak and dagger business.

Those idiots just called me yesterday about my fiance'. First of all if they were legit they could not give out his information to me unless they had his approval. Second statutes of limitations are out. Third they are morons that will get what is coming to them.

They are keeping the 855 area code but changing their last 4 numbers and they also have a Texas number you can't block them because they will keep Changing numbers he said his name was Kevin bird but that's proubley, a fake name I  told him don't every call this number again then I hung up the phone he's not to bright

I received a postcard, saying that they were "holding a reward of $100.00 in savings good at major retailers like Wal-Mart, Target, and many more, in your name."  There was no name (company or otherwise) on the card; only the telephone number to call: 1-855-564-6705.  Also, there was a "claim number 019914137".  I have no ideas what it's about, because I didn't call the number, for the above reasons (no identifying info).  Their postage permit number is 492 04101).  It looks to me like they have now resorted to these postcard tactics, to reach people who think they're going to get something for nothing.  I may be old, but I'm not STUPID!  Why can't they be put out of business???  By the way, I don't even use checks.

That is EXCELLENT advice.  The problem here, is that they're targeting older citizens now, and many of them are frail, causing them to become frightened and confused.  The REAL CRIMINALS are the ones who are using these unspeakable tactics on innocent people.

Same. Postcard appeared in mailbox on 12/05/2015. No identifying info except for a claim number, a phone number (1-866-648-9108) and postal permit number (49204101).  Sick TO DEATH of the scammers, their deceptive tactics and all around dishonesty.  However, I would like to know how these BS artists got my information. I have always tried to be careful about who I give personal details to. It makes me angry to imagine the number of people who have been taken advantage of. Not to mention, how many this cowardly nameless "company" may still skewer this holiday season through issuing a false hope of giving the kids a few more presents.  Apparently, it's not only 'buyer beware' anymore, but also postal customers beware; now, the assault comes through wind, rain, snow, sleet, etc.  Yes, the telephone accomplished these feats also, but i dont get the pleasure of hanging up on a postcard. Absolute Trash!

Go to your local post office and give it to the postmaster for the USPS investigators to begin a fraud investigation.

Recently received Postcard endorsement for Medicare and Insurance information for back pain center.  I Google to find out who owns postal permit #492-04101???  THEY are only trying to get your social security number.  SCAMS!!!!

Got the same except reply number was 855-732-0460.

Recd same card advised my congressman's office & suggested they call uspo 800 275 8777 to check the permit #492 04101

i got one too...1 855 300 2426  bright yellow card using Wal mart and target on it,. reported it to wal mart to alert their security and gave them the info on the card and claim number...next move to the Fed USPOSTAL General to inform fraud mailing, good luck all...
