In the past two days I have been called by this # 856-368-9155 as well as # 202-241-5093. in both cases this man used the names DEA agent John Garcia, officer scadwsy and Manuel Costello. He poses as a DEA agent . Tells you you have ordered various meds online. Some you may have or may never have ordered. He threatens to have you arrested, ruin yor life, search your home and have you extridited to places like the Dominican republic or homdurus. He says he can let you off with a
"fine" of 2500$ that you have to wire via western union. I called the real DEA and reported him. I believe his real name is John Santiago from the Dominican republic. It's a extortion SCAM!!! Please if he calls you report him to your local DEA office or the federal FDA office at 800-521-5783.

My daughter has also just got the threatening calls.  I'm so glad to find out that this is a scam.  The things he threatened her with was to also have her arrested, he said they would be at our house within 2 hours and that he will not allow her to get her medications ever again.  This is scary becasue she really does have meds that she has to take and really frightened her.  Thanks again for posting!

I just received this same kind of call from Jon Garcia.  He basically started off by telling me to be truthful with him.  Then he went on to say that tomorrow two federal agents would be at my work to arrest me.  I would need to hire a federal lawyer and that I would lose my job and custody of my children. He then started to work a deal by telling me to convince him that i would never again order online. Then he said two agents would be in the building in 45 minutes to destroy my package that was confiscated. Could I pay a fee? I said that sounds kind of....He the got pissed and kept saying that sounds what?  What were you going to say and hangs up on me. I did order phentermine online many years ago and never received the package.  At the time, I didn't know it was illegal.  I know this was scam, but is this something that the DEA could really do?  I am now fearful that something like this could happen in the future.

Lets put this to rest.  Its a scam pure and simple.  People, please disregard and ignore anyone calling and

representing themselves as a dea (or any other type of federal or law enforcement agent).

YOU HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR.  This is completely fake and NOTHING will happen to you or your family, These jerks have

absolutely no power over you whatsoever unless you let them by falling for their nonsense.

If you have the gumption, try and keep them on the line for as long as possible.  Make-up any information they are

requesting from you on the spot.  Keep them talking, pretend to be scared and maybe, you will be able to obtain

mailing addresses, real phone or fax numbers, or any other information you can use to assist the REAL authorities in

    apprehending these fools.

If you're not in the mood for any of their games, remind them that impersonating a federal officer or agent is a

felony and watch how quickly they will disappear!  Rest easy and think to yourself that this type of call is utter

BS.  Take control and tell these guys where to go!

It is very important to file an FCC complaint anytime you receive calls like this.  If enough complaints are

registered, eventually these calls may stop.

    https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088.action

Another place to file a complaint, is with the FTC.  They want, and encourage people to file in order to build a
history and look for patterns of criminal activity.  They do not however, deal with individual consumer complaints.

Below is a list of other (or perhaps the same) DEA scammers.  Read through and cross-post these numbers anywhere or

anytime these jerks call with a new number.
