I understand that I have debt to a company. I do not like any debtor or third party calling my home after 6:30 PM. This number 856-925-1000 call long after this. I will next time get nasty. I am up early in the morning trying to get a hustle and get home late. I don't have a 9 to 5 but a 5:30 AM til whenever.

I had received 4 calls from the number over a 2 day period after the legal threats I of course contacted a friend who is a lawyer. he investigated and said it was a scam. So since my Home Phone is for emergency use only and The number has never been listed or used as a point of contact to reach me i Call forwarded all calls to the County Sherrifs fraud department. about 4 days later maybe 5 One of the detectives paid me a visit at my home and inquired Why my number was forwarding calls from a collection agency to their department. I explained the entire thing, not only was happy i did that, The now have enough info about the SRA to Start a Full scale Federal investigation, since it crosses multiple state lines.

I got a call from them for someone other than myself.  When I called to have my number removed, they were really rude to me.  I filed a complaint with the FCC.

I also filed a complaint with the BBB

I surrendered my vehicle after both my husband and I both lost our jobs, knowing full well we would be unable to pay for it.  I will say that they are trying to work with me, too, however, I literally have no money to give them..I mean that literally.  Now, she's made me an offer....$2950.00 for a $7200.00 debt.  Not a bad deal, except they want it in 3 days.  How is someone with no $$ supposed to do that?  Borrow it from a relative...NO!!  I love my family and know it would be a long time before I can repay something like that.  My solution is this (I'm going to try)  I will take the $2950. and pay it back over 10 months.  That's all I can do, and even that will hurt.  I have no idea what the response will be but this is all I can do.  Wonder if they'll do that for me....in my eyes it's better than nothing.  You can't get blood from a stone, and I have other debts to worry about right now...

Folks, here is what to do. Ignore these calls. Do not call them back and do not pick up when they call. It will only lead to a tremendous amount of stress. And then they win! Do not try to reason with them, they don't care, it is just a low-life, low paid sales guy on the other end. Threats to report them etc, do nothing but upset YOU.

THese people called twice.  I said hello and there was no response either time.  I hung up.  Hope they don't call again.

My advice - do not bother answering this number as it is a waste of time for business - I told some moron on the line to f**k off and stop calling as I believe he is a fraudster trying to get info from me!

Unwanted calls from this number many, many times

I've gotten quite a few calls from this number.  Usually, I answer and quickly hang up.  But,I listened to the whole message and realized they weren't looking for me, but the man I bought my house from 7 years ago.  I didn't much care for this man....so I looked up his number....called SRA back and left a message of my own.  I told them they were calling the wrong number for this person and I gave them HIS number.  I feel better....

Folks, there is a simple solution. Don’t answer the phone, don’t EVER talk with them. Why let them upset you? You cannot reason with them; they don't care. They buy debt for pennies on the dollar and then hire phone sales folks to collect. Best thing you can do is NOT LET THEM UPSET you. How?

1, Don't answer - ever
2, Block their number
3, Assign a silent ring tone the their number
4, Worst case, change phone number or get a magic jack (so cheap)

It is really that simple. They can’t be reasoned, with so expend no energy with them. If you continue to never answer, they will stop calling. If you answer once or try to explain, they will flag you as a possible collection and never go away.

well i got a call from a "mike" daniels strange huh he left a number and refrence number asked if my father was here i said no this is a buisness and he asked if my father owned i said yes and then he asked for the name of the company... im totally freaking out after reading this post... hope i didnt give out more info than what he already had...
