It is not racist, I can tell instantly when I hear Filipino. I have been to the Philippines & all the other Countries in Asia, they are the only ones that have that accent. So you are the racist one. That is all you think about!!

I was really mad having this argument with this  guy because he even threat me to stick 3 black candles  on sunday because he couldnt  get  me  to sign up with  them that was very un educated act .I was tempted to do so because he was very persistent so i told him ok i will only for you not to  do  that  because that is not good for  the  company your representing but then  he said  i have to  give  him  my credit card number  oif  not  my 6 digit account  number i said no send  me  my bill and i was  furious  even  yelling at him in english  but he  was  so frustrated  to  get  me hook into his  scam  and was shaky after we  talk . I made a  complain  to  to their  costumer service   in  Miami  but they are not of  good help the fact that  they  have too many  agent all over the world  which i understood  that  . I dont know  what to  do  . to tell me  that  he  has to stick black  candles  is  not good  > I think this  guy  has a devil in him  I just hope  that  the authority will find them  and stop them

I got a call just a few minutes ago from this number also. First, she was looking for me and she even called me like as if she's my niece. When i asked her who she is, she confirmed first if it was me. Then she introduced herself from a certain phone company (she speaks Filipino), and that she's selling a foncard to call the Philippines. I didnt finish her talking anymore and just decline the offer. I said to stop calling me, they've been calling me almost every other day for how many months now even if i told them to put me on Do not call list. After i hanged up, she called me again saying bad/malicious words. She called a lot of  times but i didnt answer anymore. Instead, she left several messages threatening me that she knows my Credit Card # and my billing address which is correct. And that she will charge me big time and i will be losing money from my account. Am just surprised how come she have all my information. This # has been bugging me for awhile now and i dont know where to report it. Now, its hassle as i have to cancel all my cards and ask for new cards. Any idea what company this is so we could report it and where should we report it?

Take this number to the FCC and you local distirct attorney and they can stop the calling. I am doing this today and well as filing a complaint with my carrier. This is the only way to stop this person from calling.

I've been getting calls from this number everyday around 5:30pm. So annoying. Make it stop please.

OMG!!!  This number or business keeps calling me.  They call me on my cell phone and at home at odd hours.  They even call me at 7am on weekends?  Really?  Please can someone do something about these people?  They are harassing me!!!

Seriously.. last 24 hours... 5 calls from this person. SO ANNOYING. So i tried calling back, rings once. I try again.. rings once. [***] i say. Next time they call.. if i'll try and catch it and tell them off.

This is so annoying ... I can't believe how unprofessional, unethical, inappropriate, unsuitable, unfitting, unseemly, improper, impolite.... those people are.
They call 1, 2 o'clock  in the morning... and you keep telling them to remove your number .. and it's like talking to (...)

I don't know what to do ??
They are driving me crazy.

This number has been calling me NON STOP!..then when i called them back it is always a busy line. I don't know how they got my number...But whatever they are offering I AM NOT INTERESTED...

I had gotten several phone calls which I have explained to the person that I was not interested in the phone service. I was called an [***] and then he hung up. I would like to know if there is an address that is phone number belongs too.

I got a call from this number as well. Couldnt understand the woman at all. What a pain!

Hey [***], not all Filapinos are lying thieves.  Get a clue.  Anyway, "Lindman" sounds like a person who represents a financial institution.  I've gotten the call as well.

i was eating in one of filipino eatery in sacramento and enjoyed talking to people and one of whom i met gave his name and phone number and at first the phone was answered and was able to keep track that it came somewhere in Salinas, then sundendly realized that the area code is in San Diego. Then suddenly i kept getting this phone calls even in the middle of the night. I knew they are from telemarketers in the Philippines, so sometimes I answered them backed in different language like pretending to be a Hindu, Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese.  Haahaha just ignored this number.

I have received 10 calls TODAY from "1-858-309-8795" but did not answer it. No voicemail left. Starting to annoy me as I am at work during the call.

The caller id only shows 8795, apparently from New Era Telecom. Someone from the Philippines kept on calling us offering long distance. Calling numerous times even at 12 midnight! After answering that 'we are not interested' NUMEROUS times, he kept on insisting on pushing the offer. Politely, I said, the fact that we see the caller id and not responding, that means we are not interested. He kept on asking for reasons despite the plea on requesting not to call us any further his last word then is in (tagalog): "Maraming salamat po at ingat kayo at baka mabangga kayo!". Translation: "Thank you and watch out for you might run over (by a car) or crash!)...then hang up.

So unprofessional, rude and threatens!

On the first encounter he kept on pimping and insisting that I talk to the supervisor. When he passed the phone to the supervisor who is a girl, she kept on pushing for the long distance offer and then asked that I visit her facebook account: Maui Cruz Codo...which shows racy photos!

This company should screen their employers before running a business! I've reported to the National Do not call registry and just hope they take action on this.

I was getting these calls 3X a day up until about 3 months ago then they quit.  Now they are starting again up to 5 times a day and after 22:00 hrs.
