No one answers if you call them back

I think this is my third entry on these people.

They never leave a message.  I hate it when they waste my minutes on airtime on my cell phone.

this number kept pestering me for quite sometime now.  My celfon is registered to the DO not call list, but still they kept calling , and last week they called me again twice in a day, so i hang up every time they call, coz they bothered me too much while working  as a nurse. instead they left some nasty messages in my voicemail blaming me of not answering their calls. This time i was really pissed off. I knew this company is stationed in the phillippines, and i dont know if i could report this to FTC or the better business bureau. Lets put an end to their crappy telemarketing strategy which they thought we was born last night. Can any one give me some piece of advise?

They called me at 7:16 this morning (Sunday) and when I protested the time, she said that of course she knew what time it was, she was working and wanted to tell me about a phone promotion

leslie, a lot of us has been bothered by this nasty calls, these guys are telemarketers based in the philippines. Their selling strategy doesnt and will never , ever , ever work. I for sure will never deal with their business..so. lets unite to put an end to their annoying calls.. pls. give me feedback what should we do.. thanks.

This is my 4th entry.  These people are relentless and annoying!

The can call all they want I am not answering!  So who's time is wasted here?

I received 6 calls from this number last saturday and 7 times yesterday. Then today at work, I get a call at 9:30 am AGAIN FROM THE SAME NUMBER.  I tried calling it back but I get a recorded message saying "WE'RE SORRY, YOU'RE NUMBER CANNOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED. PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER AND DIAL AGAIN."  

WTH !!!!  After reading the posts above I now know its a sales call to the Philippines.  HELLO !!!  I DONT call the Philippines !!!!

Tel # 8583098795 been calling my house every night from 8- 9:30 PM, I hope it will stop, need advised please, how will I block the call

Long distance telcom selling long distance.

I got a call from 858 309-8795 today and they were talking in chinese or some other language..
I said 3 words that I won't put on the internet..cuz they were BAD...but I'm getting so sick of these calls.  I am on the No Call list and I received 8 calls in 5 days from various numbers.

I believe this to be a Philippine Islands based scam that is using 858-309-8795. Ignore them and they will eventually go away. (These calls are not originating at the San Diego number on the I.D. but are being patched through it is my opinion).

It seems like I'm not the only one who gets annoying calls from this Julian Lindman at different times of the night, though I don't get them as bad as most of the people on here...but I get them every once and a while.  I just screw with them right back (what can you do if the caller based in the philippine islands?), like when this person called me last night, she got pissed at me, the caller called me a "[***]" and hung up immediately after, lol!  Very amusing...

OMG! i thought I am the only who was being harassed by those calls. They call me everyday as well  and that is annoying because I am not interested with their product or whatever they offer. I am so pissed off whenever I explain not to call me and they will just hang up the phone so rudely without letting me finish talking!!

That number had just called me few minutes earlier and I missed it. But i'll definitely get their info's and file a complaint.

I get calls from 858-309-8795 everyday, sometimes 3 and 4 times a day.  I don't answer in hopes that will stop the calls.  However,  that is not the case.  I find this very annoying.  It seems almost as if I am being harrassed. How can I stop these calls?

I get these calls at least twice a day for the past 4 months - I never answer, always hit ignore on my cell phone.  Ignoring them does not stop the calls so caller ID sure doesn't help.

received several calls from this number try to get me to get sime kind of phone card.
i told them no and they keep call. can you stop this or help me stop this

They are from OWTEL Company that supplies international calling to the Philippines. I enrolled them once and never used their service but they always call my number and it's annoying coz in the middle of the night here in FL and they call me and i thought it's an emergency call. I'm so pest off with this number.
