This is telemarketing group calling from the Philippines, my wife was polite and asked them not to call anymore, but the callers only care about making money so you get the calls from 7 to 9 pm which happens to be the morning in the Philippines.  Because they are out of country the only way to deal with them is to ignore their calls.  Being rude will not work because there are a number of them at the call center and they are trying to earn money.  My wife's friend uses the service they call Otel, and thought she was doing my wife a favor by giving them out home phone number, so you may have been done the same 'favor'.

Programs to make a different phone number appear on your caller ID are used all the time, ever get a call from 000-000-0000?  The reason poor Lindman's phone is always busy is he probably keeps it off the hook from all those 'crazy' people calling him that he does not have a clue why because those 'Filapinos' used his phone number with their caller ID program.

Pigskin, the next time they call answer, those 'Filapinos' are just trying make money, why not sign up?  If you call the Philippines you might be able to save enough money for a spell check program.

I don't know anyone at that number and they keep calling my cell phone causing me to pay for long distance calls....

I got a call from this number 12;04 pm, 01/23/12. Then it just mysteriously stopped. When i redialed it, there was a message saying i just made a call to a number already discontinued. This person must be found!

I got a call from this number in the middle of the night and early mornings too.
I answered and said to the lady, I am not interested. she called back and curse me in Filipino words "leche". These people have no manners at all. I called my phone carrier and have this number blocked.

This same caller has called every night for weeks.  We've asked him to take us off his calling list and mentioned that we will report him to BBB if he keeps calling.  Last call he finally just hung up.

Just got a call from this # at 2am, pick it up my accident & hang up right away! Couldn't even understand what she was saying!

Person was looking for gloria galvez  I told them no one by that name is at this #

1)  Call 1888-225-5322 This is the FCC reporting number (check the number first at their site so you can trust it before calling....)

2) OR, go online to file a complaint:  http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

3) You must have some sort of tracking or caller id that keeps written record as you'll need some specifics.  

4) You can give other sites where you research the number after they call to see who they are or what others are saying.  

5)  If you do the form, or you call it in, you'll need to state that all is the truth, and you are not making any false claims.  This is serious stuff for us recipients of these awful calls that must stop now.  I

2/22/12   I just got done reporting this and another repeat callers to the FCC.gov site over the phone.  The lady said these numbers are getting very bad for people and there will finally be some cracking down on them.  I told her about these numbers as these are getting worse and worse.  She filled out an entire form and submitted.

Oh, pressing a number to be removed from the list will probably not work, but get you more calls as now they know someone answers the phone.

Hah! I don't know how they got my cell number but they tried calling it and I recognized the ID right away from our landline caller ID (I added them to our contacts as SPAMMER so we don't answer it when they call).

Yes, they are from the Philippines.
Yes, they are trying to sell some type of international calling service.
Yes, their accent is uniquely Filipino. No, I'm not racist.
Yes, you can't do anything to make them stop calling- just IGNORE their calls. They're in another country, so our normal avenues to stop them are useless.

If you want to have fun, why not really hold a conversation with them as long as you can. Ask stupid questions, see how they would respond. Talk about weird or unrelated things, make them wish they never called you in the first place =).

You don't have to be rude, upset, or get angry because what would that get you? A headache and a bad mood. It applies to ALL telemarketers (they're just trying to earn a living right? and you don't have to buy.).

When this # called it only showed 18795 and she said she was calling from the Philippines.. she was going on and on finally I told her to stop calling I can't understand you.. she then called me a b!?$@ and told me to go F?*$ my face!!!! They are scammers and I for one am very sick of people scamming Americans out of there money!!!
