They keep calling my cell.  Never used my cell # for any but personal calls but I think my wife (Filipino) used it once with Owtel.  Owtel use to call asking for her to offer her deals but I always told them she wasn't at that number and it pissed me off that they called my cell all the time.  Owtel stopped calling but now this number is calling and I wonder if they are working with Owtel to get phone numbers?  I never answer because I don't know who it is and don't recognize the number.

Someone name DIANNE called my phone and says thier giving free 5 socks of rice and wanted to know where to dilever.  I said I'm no interested and I don't have time. I said if it's an oofer again for calling in the Philippines I said I have one already.  then I hang up the phone, but in just few seconds she called back tapos pinagmumura ako................... HOW  RUDE ................NAPAKABASTOS AT WALANG MUDI=ONG FILIPINO................WALANG DISCIPLINE................ YOUR DISGUSTING MISS DIANNE OR SHOULD I SAY LADY DIANNE! DAPAT MATANGAL KA SA TRABAHO!

this number keeps calling... i do not recognize it... i am complaining and reporting them now. lease do something about this unwanted callers.

received a call from this  number today @ 8am( Im asleep) a filipina girl told me she got my number from a friend of mine( not real for sure) so I told her to stop calling me for I'm not interested and you know what she replied?
In tagalog: If I don't want to get disturbed by their calls I need to cut off my land line (S***** D****L) never had to chance to answer her back for line was cut after that.

The caller is a Pinay....I talked her in tagalog. Just tell her "Poke(poke ee) Mo" or Putay Mo and hang up.
If you really wanna get her goat say "Putang ina Mo" I actually told her I am in Baclaran and Cebu twice a year and hire little [***] for porno movies and want to hire her an her mom to do an incest lesbo thing. She won't be calling back. Worked for the scammer selling travel packages a few years ago, too.

This is a Philippine call center caller. It's a bait and switch scam at best and a downright fraudulent theft attempt at worst. The best way to get them to cease is to either insult them morally or just hang there wasting their time while never actually answering a question. Stall them, flirt with them, put them on ignore, ask silly questions and waste their time. They will stop calling when you either insult them royally enough or burgle their time. My wife is from there and because of the corruption everywhere there our numbers get compromised. Unfortunately they buy call lists from Pinoy businesses here and abroad like the box shippers and legit phone company employees with less than sparkling integrity. It helps if you speak Tagalog and know what peeves a Pinoy. I usually toy with them until they hang up or get them talking and act like I'm doing something lewd. Start talking breathlessly or making leading comments like asking what they wear to bed or about their underwear tell them you want them to star in your next internet video with you..... works with the guys even better. LOL.

I think owtel long distance was how they got my number, too. They hit my wife's cell and that's the roaming phone we have for texting Philippine and she registered that number with owtel.  Looks like they have call center employees selling numbers.

Called me a bunch of times.  Usually just don't answer it.

it is 10:25 pm and the number 1-858-309-8795 was on the caller id. I answered it not knwing who"LINDMAN" was and it was a woman with a heavy accent and she said are you so and so i said no. Then i said who is calling she said i am calling with a offfer. I said do u know what time it is? she reply yea just about 10:30. i said yeah so y u call so late. her reply was cuz my computer got so many numbers and it just keep dialing. Then she say can i call back at a later time i said hello no. there is no legit business going to call a person home at 10:30 at night. Then she hung up on me.

had call twice at 11pm. its getting annoying. show some respect!!!

Get 4-5 calls per day on my cell phone! I would love to know who gave these idiots my number. i am sick of them calling me- always in the evenings. No messages.

Some guy calls me at 1:30 AM (yes AM) trying to sell me some long distance telephone service. I'm sure I don't have to say it but I gave him a piece of my mind. He even has the nerve to say he'll call again.

I received a phone call yesterday and this is not the first time they call me. I told them im not interested but they keep calling me. And yesterday is the worst call i had her name EVA i told her thank you i'm not interested because i'm using a computer to keep in touch with my family in the philippines and disconnect the call and it is my right to disconnect but what she did she call again 10/9/11 @5:34:32pm and left a message in my mailbox using a propanity in pilipino language (PUTANG INA MO HAYOP KA BINABAAN MO AKO NG PHONE PARA KANG HINDI PILIPINO). This call is not acceptable and I already reported your company to telephone company.

Oh man, I've been getting a call from this number, too, and I have never answered it. I wanted to know who's calling me using this number, so I googled it, and I'm pretty surprise to know that there are a lot of us out there having the same issue with this freakin number. This is just so ridiculous!

Just got a call from this phone number and the lady was rude. Hung up the phone after i said im not interested. Her name was ERICA.  At first she would not let me talk, kept cutting me off so I spoke louder to make her shut up.

I've been receiving calls from this number for over a year and a half. I just filed a complaint with the national do not call registry. Doubt it will do anything but maybe. I always tell them take me off their list and do not call here anymore. Then they call again. This last time I asked for a manager. She refused. It sounds like it might be the same woman. And yes she says that she is Philippino. The first thing she asks is if I am or if some in the house is.
