- googledbygoogleI did get through to 866-200-5473 and according to them the account has been cancelled and I received the cancellation number. I had sent an email and it was cancelled at that time. I did not receive and email stating that. I did speak to "Jeremy" and obtained the cancellation number and that the refund will take 7 - 10 days. No we will see. No other charges have appeared on my account. The $1.97 charge is my fault and I will have to eat that. A CD has not shown up yet. Jeremy was very polite and did not try to sell something else. Their attitudes are changing and they know the end is coming for them. One important thing to remember is that when you call be polite and don't losse your temper and the call will go very smoothly. None of us needs the stress level raised any higher due to this scam.
I will see if the refund appears on my account and watch for any other charges. Once it comes full circle I will file complete reports with the FBI and my state's BBB. I want to be able to file a complete report and will wait for all of this to come full circle.
I will keep watch for any other unauthorized charges. I am hoping that I won't have to cancell my card and have a new one issued. That is a hassle and a very huge inconvenience on my part.
I know better than that. I even caution my children about on line fraud and they have done great. I screwed up.
I have noticed that the ads for this have been cut back greatly on the Internet. I think it is all catching up to them.
Put the word out to family and friends about this scam and help everyone you can to keep them from getting caught up in this. Also, file with every state and federal agency you can to stop these people.
I will keep watch and once the money is back in the account reports will be filed with all proper authorities. - Kevin Hoeffer replies to juliaaniqua| 4 repliesScam! 866-200-5473 that is Blazing Keywords / Easy Google Profits scam from 'Google Treasure Chest / Money Tree / A1 Member and many other names.

- deekiwigirl replies to beerstudI just called my bank and what they did is cancelled out my card and re-issued me a new card so these scammers cannot collect anything from my account now! Call your credit card or bank account customer service and immediately have them close that card you gave the scammers!!!!!!!!
- deekiwigirl replies to beerstudthey are scammers. As soon as I called that toll free number they tell you to call to cancel, heard the recorded message about "having technical difficulties, please call back in such and such minutes" I KNEW THEY WERE FRAUDULENT. Cancel your credit card or bank card immediately!!!!!!!!!!
- deekiwigirl replies to A1memberfraudNO! Don't wait for them to take your hard earned money, cancel your card immediately!!!!!! That's how they're scamming, people just sit and 'wait' to see 'if' they take $$$. Call your bank or credit card company NOW!
- IreneI learn my lessons, never to give credit card number on any website unless you do research first about the company and there is no easy way to earn money.
First: Call your bank, file dispute, and ask for a new card. Don't go without a new card. Keep watching your account charges for the next 3 weeks.
Second: Call 1-877-208-6490, ask for cancellation and refund. They will ask you your phone number, address, and email. Don't give anything else.
They should give you the cancellation number.
Last: Filing complaint of fraud.
Hope this helps. - softhing replies to christina| 1 replyThank you so much for info I also got my refund from them but it wasn't easy I called them before and they told me I had to write some company in utah which sounded bogus which made me very upset so I didn't get anything accomplished that day. But after reading post I call this number and they said I will get a refund but I made sure they gave me the info that I would need for the dispute department at my bank you will need cancel number refund number and names wouldn't hurt too. Oh yeah and you have to talk to them with manners and pretend you never signed up and you don't have a clue whats going on lol.

http://www.convert2media.com/content/executive-team - JZLike many others.. I fell for the internet scam. I am so mad at myself as I am usually pretty good and telling the legit ones from the fake. I agreed to pay shipping for a "free" CD for easy Google profits. That's it. No mention of anything else.. no free 7 day trial.. or anything.
I saw the $1.97 fee processed along with a $.04 foreign transaction fee.
Its been two weeks and still no CD.. THEN I notice a pending charge of $72.21 from the same company!! WTF?? I call the bank and they can not stop payment since it is considered a credit card transaction. They recommend that I cancel the card and get a new one (which I did).. but had to wait til the charge was processed to file a claim.
I tried calling the number 866-200-5473 numerous times and was on hold for about 30 mins and never got a live person. So I waited for the transaction to be processed and called the bank to file a claim. They tried calling the number and got a live person but was told that due to technical difficulties, they could not give a refund. So the claim is being filed. ~ However the bank told me I could try and call them myself.
So I did. I actually got a live person. She put me on hold several times and finally disconnected me.. the whole time trying to locate my account. That call lasted about 34 mins. I called back and was put on hold by someone else for 14 mins and then it disconnected. I am very annoyed by this point and explained it to the third person I talked to. I was getting tired of their generic and obviously pre-written answers to all of my questions. Finally she was able to locate my account and explained that there was a 7 day free trial and then I was to be charged. WHAT? I NEVER agreed to this!!! I demanded a refund. I was told that their computers were not set up to give refunds. I was told I had to email or mail a company called Blazing Keystrokes. I HAD NEVER HEARD OF THEM!!!!!
btw.. the info she gave me was support@blazingkeystrokes.com.

I took the information but still insisted to speak to a supervisor and was promptly told that he was "in a meeting" but would tell me the same thing. I insisted that I speak to someone with authority and I would wait for him to get out of his meeting. She comes back and miraculously had spoken to her supervisor and they will refund me the money. But I have to wait 7-10 days to see it in my account. I asked for a guarantee in writing and said I would accept an email. She could not do this. She gave me a receipt number and a cancelation number..
I just find it odd that after my many demands she was magically able to give me a refund when their computers are not set up for it.. hmmmmm? I have a feeling they were just telling me what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone. I think it might have been another bunch of lies.. we will see. Either way.. I will be working with the bank to get this money back. - al replies to beerstudno, i haven't and i am pissed. I am going to send a report about this to AG or someone.
- Daniel Myer replies to tinuviel55| 1 replyThanks so much for the post. Your's was the only one with a number I could get through to the right people on. the number I used was 877-208-6571.
Not only did I get the account cancelled, but after them saying I was outside the 7 day trial period i gave them the cancel # from the Internet payday website support dept. which I had cancelled on May4th, well within the 7 day trial period. All though those people said today that my Grant Spring account had to be cancelled direct with Grant Spring. Hence I Googled and found this blog and the number you listed. My further approach was to say I didn't know which organization was responsible for the fraud, but I was going to report the fraud to my bank, the FCC and the SEC. They then decided to give me the refund as well as the cancel. I did not raise my voice, just stated the facts matter of factually. Again, thanks so much. - Daniel Myer replies to Daniel MyerBy the way, I also asked for an email verification of the refund and cancel with associated cancel number which they have yet to send.
- Marty replies to christina| 1 replyBasically happened to me to but I did not order anything from google or anyone. Just checked my account and 3 debits 1.97, 72.21, 38.84

I lived in the UK for 24 years and that latter statement in untrue. Unfortunately Internet scammers can be based anywhere. Lets hopd these scammers get what they deserve.
