They keep calling and no one is ever on the other end... super annoying.  If I want to talk to them I will call them myself.  Anyone know how to block their calls or stop them from calling?

I've been receiving this number for about 2 weeks. When they call, its not a rep behind the lines but a voice recorder asking for a person who I don't know. I'm the owner of my cellphone with my name on it. I never missed a bill and I always pay on time.  They'll say they'll remove me from the system but we'll see.

call'd me twice a day dosent leave a meassage I'm young I don't need this shut them down whoever they are.! I'm almost scared

They are calling representing Directv.  LOL   wrong number and they keep calling...what a joke

They are a collection agency, they call me too unfortunatly (for them) they cannot collect from me.  Look up an print out and Cease Contact form and that should do it.

Simply call your phone provider and request the number(s) be blocked. I have Verizon and they blocked RPM on three separate numbers for (90) days. They will extend the blocked time upon my request at the end of (90) days beginning immediately.

I receive calls from this number every other day on my cell phone, and the only ones I've answered the automated voice said I will connect you and then I was hung up on.

I got the number with my new cell plan. During 2 weeks I get about 50 calls from 866-212-7408. I had no chance to answer, but when I call back sombody pickup phone listen a question "why you are calling to me" and hung up without answer.

It has taken me months to clear my credit report when all three major credit reporting companies had info on my report that belonged to a woman in another state with my name.  Finally, all my information is correct and I think I can breathe again.  All of a sudden I start getting calls from RPM (866-212-7408).  They call first on my home phone and then immediately call on my cell phone.  Do they think that cell phones are free?  I didn't answer either one because the number was not one I am familiar with.  I checked online to see who this number belonged to and found all these frustrated comments.  I don't owe anyone anything other than my normal monthly expenses.  Obviously, this company must have someone else in mind when they call my house.  It's a shame that we have to be harrassed even in our own home.  I will continue to not answer the phone if I don't recognize the number, but I detest them call my cell phone!

I don't know who this is, or what they want, but I want them to stop calling!!!!!

I just got this number less than a month ago, they keep calling for a Maria, I advised several times that i just got the number but they keep on calling, I know it is an autodialer, but they can remove the number from the account.  I will write to them this week, give them a no contact letter, give them 14 days to remove the number, if not I will then be seeking an attorney.  Being as though I worked in collections for over 15 years they are supposed to abide by all claims put in writing, even if you owe the debt, you can request no contact, calls and written correspondence must be seized. Again, you should send your letter certified, return receipt, so you have the proof of delivery in any case..

The reason they don't leave a message is if they do not, they have the right to call again.  If a message is left, it must be 3 days before they can call again, if they talk to a live person, they must wait 7 days.

If you read the website for the Do Not Call registry, it clearly says that it's only applicable for people who want to sell you something.

Got a call at about 4:30pm EST.

As soon as I answered, they hung up.

I called back, and asked who was calling me, as I was getting calls from them daily for two weeks.
He follows immediately with 'What is your name?"
Without telling me who he is, or who he is calling from.
I tell him I won't give him my name. He puts the phone down, then in a very aggressive manner, says again "WHAT IS YOUR NAME?"I tell him I won't give that information until he tells me who he is calling on behalf of.
He asks for my phone number, which I gave, and he says "Wrong number." and hangs up.
Also, no way I have debt. I'm 17.

I've been getting a one ring call from them pretty regularly. Today I called them back. In my case they were actually quite nice and promised to take my number off their list. (We will see). It was RPM and they were looking for a Benny. Nope, no Benny here!

They call several times a day and never leave a message. It's annoying. When you call them back, they are so rude, won't tell you who they are and demand your information.

the person that they are calling for no longer works for this company so they should get the hint, stop calling
