I don't know who they are, I think they used someone home phone and they left me a message to call this 8662127408 # like really. I called both #'s back and some lady answered and I told her someone called me from this number and she said it was her neighbor and I asked why she stated she didn't know. But the area code was 985, this is creepy and it NEEDS TO STOP. ASAP

When I called back to tell them to stop calling, some [***] answered saying "Donuts, who's got donuts? Hello?" I said, "Seriously? You guys have been calling me every day and that's how you answer the phone?"  He hung up. Great business practice! I had every intention of being polite, but that was just ridiculous. They don't give a sh*t. I called back again and got someone else who answered more professionally, and I explained to him that I'd been getting calls just about every day and wondered why. He asked if I was Susan someone (not me) and I told him that wasn't me, I didn't know who that was, but I'd gotten calls for her before. He said he'd list my number as wrong number and I shouldn't receive any more calls. We'll see...

This company needs to stop calling.

They bother , call so many times

RPM Collections calls several times everyday never leaves a message. I have never received an invoice or statement from any creditor. Just hundreds of bar razzing calls all hours of day and night. I would love to join a class action suit.

This number is from a collection agency.
They probably will never talk to you.
They have to call, so they can record that they tried to contact the person they are trying to chase for
a late payment, I believe the law states the company has to make a certain amount of calls before
they can proceed to their stage of collection.

keep calling daily sometimes three times but always 2 times most of the time they hang up--how do i get rid of them

Unknown who they are and they don't tell me who they are and what they want.

They keep calling my phone and when i try to answer they hang up but they leave no sort of message and when i try to call back i get put on hold for ever and i just dont have all day for the mess...I have a very busy everyday schedule and them calling Just is inappropriate  because they o it all the time and the one time i did answer in time the call wasn't even for me.

So I got a call from rpm and they left a voicemail couldnt hardly understand the name they left. I juat called it back and he told me his name was james and I told him I recieved a call from this number. So he asked me what the num was so he can look it up and I said 866 212 7408 and he was like sorry mam for the inconvience..i was tryin to ask a question but he hung up so fast. I need help!! These people wont stop callin me about a tmobile bill!

Just got a call from 8662127408... I answered it only because I am waiting on a call for an interview. It had only rung twice when I answered, but was already disconnected by the time I answered. I think it was just their bot checking for valid phone numbers to call. Thank God for Google, and the ability to easily add numbers to block :)

RPM began calling me about a month ago about a verizon bill that is in my ex husband's name.  I told them that they needed to try and find him. (He's somewhere in Canada).  They still call twice a day on my cell phone.  I told them that if the number showed up 1 more time, I was filing a complaint.  They obviously didn't believe me but I did file a complaint with the US Attorney General, State of Washington Attorney General also.  Now when they call my phone is on silent so I don't even here it.

Keep getting calls from this number at work and at home.  Blocked them from my home number.  They never leave a message.  If it is a collection agency, they can wait in line as I was approved for a consumber debt proposal in 2010 and that was to include any credit cards I had in the US (I live in Canada).  I googled 866-212-7408 as well as 804-952-9950 and found that people are saying that this is RPM Collections.

In addition to the 2 numbers I already posted, they apparently are also under 877-297-3159.

Please stop calling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually don't answer numbers I do not recognize, but I've been getting a few calls a week from this number. This time the call was answered. "hello... Hello?... (ready to hang up), but hear: "HELLO". I requested to know who was calling and could I take a message. The reply: "WHY WOULD YOU WANNA TAKE A MESSAGE FOR YOURSELF?" ; in unbelief, I hung up.
