800Notes is not a messaging service. 800Notes does not send alerts to your callers when you post here, a bulletin board style of website with public access. You must direct your demands to the sources of your unwanted calls.

There you have the hostile workplace culture of the bullying debt collector, who is unskilled in customer service, library science, and claims investigation. They all hunger for money and show no patience for anything which delays payments, including reasonable questions.

I get calls from this number regularly & like others I REFUSE to give them any info.  Tell them that I will "verify" what they have on file.....they say they can't do that & hang up.

They keep calling me and harassing me and have been for about 5 months for a debt I don't have. I never answer their calls and have blocked their number. I'm not answering their calls and they need to seriously get a life.

They are a 3rd party medical billing agency. In my personal case they are trying to collect a bill that is currently being investigated by the fed for fraudulent billing. I won't go into that aspect of it.

If you want them to stop calling have them end y a bill. There was federal legislature passed last year that number one makes it illegal to "Buy a medical debt" which is what most 3rd party medical billing agencies have done in the past. The legislation also requires a billing agency to on your request send you an itemized bill, the bill must clearly state who they are and who they represent. IE Their own company name and address, as well as who the original bill is from and what exactly you are being billed for.

Normally when you tell them that they need to send you a bill they stop calling.

Really?  What "federal legislature" was that?

Received no message on voice mail: April 17, 2017 (Monday) at 0829.  no idea who or why.

NPAS -- National Patient Account Services.  (866) 258-1104 -- They called, asked for a family member, and stated that it was regarding a "business matter".  I told them that I would leave the message, but if they aren't more specific with me, then there is no way that my family member is going to call them back.  They said that they would just call again later.

You won't believe this one. They asked for my wife when I said she was not available, the woman asked " Did our phone number come up on your caller ID?" In a twangy southern voice.I said "yes" . Then i asked why she wanted to know that ?   " So  ( name ) could call us back ". I think that is not legal want to know if it showed up on a caller ID and downright lazy of them to expect my Caller ID to do the work instead of giving me the phone number again to call them back.  When Hell freezes over, and the cow really does jump over the moon, then and only then will I have my wife call them back.   I suspect the call was from NPAS a tenacious bill collection agency.  Bill collectors should be able to tell me when Hell freezes over cause they will all have to wear Parkas if you catch my drift. Oh yeah the number came up but it said in Caller line  " Toll Free Call "   Not the name of the company or person calling me. I had thought it was someone else. I should have checked here again to see if anyone else had gotten calls from them

RUDE as hell .  I told them I was at work so i could not talk, she said "well, we only have one number- so since you know it is us, and  you answer - we assume you can talk"  That was enough.  I tried to be nice.

Another PAY-UR-BILL shill.....what are the odds of that in different threads at the same time.
