First off they have  no right to call anyone s cell  phone and I've now black  listed  them on my phone

They have called me more than 5 times a day before 8 am and after 7 pm as permitted and they never leave a message. Consumers and Corporate Affairs has said this illegal.

I have been getting this phone call "1-866-294-1752" since last year when I just got new cell phone.  Sometimes 2 to 5 calls each day.  But I bocked it.
Today Sept 25/15, I used different phone to call this number back.
- The woman introduced herself as "Julie "
- I asked her "what kind of company does this phone number belong to ?
- She replied "Agra Canada Ltd, Financial company"
- I told her to stop calling people, "you are basically causing the trouble and more trouble"  stop doing this.
- she immediately told me to remove my phone number as she said my number was on Muhammed Moen-ud-Din file.
-She had the phone display that she tried to read the phone number that I was using to call her which I told her that this is not the phone number that I got your call from.

They call several times a day (illegal) according to Consumers Ministry . They call all  times.. again illegal .. anyhow report these calls to the Ministry of consumers . they have been charged several times for their conduct. Will not respond when I answer the phone... If they call ask if the call is being recorded... if they say yes then tell them you h ave not given them permission to record you...

This company is a fraud.. They should have their license revoked...At least the BBB is doing something about it. Call the Ministry of Consumers and complain

Liar... It's a scam guys do not pay these guys any money!!!!

Yes it's a collection agency.  Of course you can block number or if you don't owe $ take initiative and call them and ask for the name of their client (for me was a bank) then call client and instruct them to instruct collectors to remove or number.  Worked for me.  Best wishes

2:30 am. really? No message? Number keeps calling....today, 2:30 AM.....I will get to the bottom of this. when I call the number back "their office is closed" ....SO IS MINE!!!!!!! # was 866 294 1752. no greeting no msg nothing....just keeps calling.

Called needing account info. When I stated I had no accounts with anyone named ICORE stated they represented Rogers and needed to verify some info? I informed them Rogers can contact me directly  and would not act through someone else. Strong Indian accent and name.

I will be threatening to call the police AND CRTC

There is a government actioninvolving this business.

These guys have indian accent and hide their identity as to who they are and why they call people.

These guy's repeatedly call me (Around 15 times in the past 2 weeks), when I answer the phone they don't say anything... Just silence. Starting to seriously irritate me.

I don't answer unknown number..... if it is so important why they don't leave a message for me to call them back instead to harrass you almost all day.

Some advertising company clame to be calling me every day and not leaving messages. .when i called back they asking private informations...i just read posts that many people received phone calls from that "I Core Canada" and it is hox

A useful way to get rid of the pest is use a air horn. I do this any time i get one of these scam calls. Put it over he mouth piece, and let it rip.

This is a computer generated call. I get it 3 times a day at almost the same hour everytime. A blow horn is going to do what? To a computer??
