Company seemed sketchy. Would not discuss on the phone what their business was, mentioning something to do with bonds.

AGENCY

They phoned very early in the morning, then another person phoned 2 hours later, said their business was about mail.

called my cell phone asking for my father, who lives in another city and would have no way of showing up on my phone. definitely a collection agency.  also 1-866-526-7793.

Annoying call ...  didn't state who they where.

keep calling me, have called at least 5 times and won't actually speak to me when i pick up the phone

They called several times at 7 a.m. looking for someone who doesn't live with me, which I told them and they continue calling

They called here before 8am today. I told them, we dont owe anyone any money and to stop calling here.They used to call as Canadian Bonded Credit. Theu used to have a recorded call but just lately I get a person with a foreign accent. I know they get the number from the phone book because I use a different name than for my personal business. I am going to report them to police if I get any more calls.

They called my cell a few times. I put them to my voice mail and they never left a message. Call display is a good feature. I always let those un-recoginzed calls go to my voice mail.

Call on a regular basis.  Never leave a message...they just hang up.  When will these people, whoever they are realize people don't answer 800 numbers or unknown numbers.  If you are legitimate, then have your name show.  Even if they are a debt collection agency, identify yourself.  There should be legislation forcing them to identify themselves on call display.  
Canada's new do not call registry should have identified this as a problem as well.

I don't believe the previous poster. This may be a fraudster trying to represent themselves as a "legitimate" agency but I have reasons to believe they are running an outright fraud. Don't give these pieces of trash any information.

they called me when i was at work and my cell was on vibrate or silent. Anyways, they wen't directly to my voicemail and left a message.
When i was on my break i listened to the message and twenty minutes later they started calling again.
Of course don't answer the phone if it's a foreign number. Plus, they'll charge you for as long as you're on the phone with them.

It's a scam!

called for my husband and gave an account number but told me they could not tell me what it was about and that it was urgent and i told them if you do not tell me who you are he will not call back she was very rude. So when she let me go i called and i got someone and after a bit the woman finally told me they were ICO agency. My husband does not owe any money so i have no clue what they want.

The number has called 3 times, 3 different days on my cell around 8:00PM. woman's voice. Asks me to hold for a moment. I lalways hang up!

I am also getting calls from 866 294 1752 They say this is icore canada with a very important message andto call the number back. I don't owe anyone money that would be a collection calling me either. I Have tried to call the number back but just put on hold I don't have time to sit and wait for someone to answer my return call. Especially with a 20 + minute wait time

i got a call from this number... and after
saying "hello" 3 times or so i got an answer
i didn't understand what the caller was saying
so i hang up...
