We've gotten the call three or four times in just two days. No one on other end of call. Just silence.

This number calls 5-8 times a day... They give me no choice but to call the authorities... Since they don't answer or leave a message..... So tired of it.... :(

They called me about ast debt of 40 dollars I owed since 2000. Never saw that on any credit report and I paid off all my debts years ago. I told them that this over six years old so f off and that was that. They still call so I just put the ring tone to the funeral march march and have a picture of an "X" so I know it is them. Damn sroopid collectocrap.

They call the office cellphone daily, at least 4x.

This is a scam people.

Do not answer and do not give out information.

They are trying to get your personal information and scare you only.

Since this "legit" organization was just fined a half million dollars for harassing automated phone calls to thousands of debt free Canadians, I would be very careful not to associate yourself with such a shoddily run enterprise, Jeff. It makes you look very shady personally to keep defending such a trashy organization!

I am being harassed by robocalls from 1-866-294-1752, four times a day on both my home and cell phone.  They never leave a message.  I have blocked their number yet they somehow get through.  I did some research online and they are known for their tactics and have been sued, and lost, big bucks.  I might be the next one to file a lawsuit if the calls don't stop.

They are debt collectors, not telemarketers.

Yes, i'm experiencing the same thing and want them to stop.  No messages, no person on the other end.

I am  family of investigators and I record everything on my phones. Send them In  care of the rcmp if in Canada.  This will stop them dead In  thier tracks.

Poster understand the law if you owe money it is against the law to receive multiple calls in one day. From these buzzards.  As well if you owe money and In bankruptcy they cannot call you PERIOD. You are protected by several statutes regardless of country of origin.

I simply put then on an ignore list and block them and I don't owe them money.  They are under investigation anyways. For harassment. Using  a telecommunication devise for the purpose of harassment.  Can result in them loosing the phone lines.  As well if you have tracking software the number originates in the U.S through a router.

These annoying calls comes in every couple hours.   No one answers and they just keeps in calling.  They are a bunch of scammers.

I am a retired lawyer who was once bothered by daily "robo" IQOR phone calls. I wanted to dispute the parking ticket. They try to harass people into paying, because it's too expensive for them to go to court. Here's what you do. Check your provincial Consumer Protection Act. They likely all have a similar provision to that in B.C. It provides that the company must cease calls immediately you inform the collection agency and the company they are collecting for (in writing) as follows: "I dispute this debt and wish the matter to proceed to court." In my letter I pointed out that continuing to contact me would subject them to a $250,000 (yes!!!) fine. The calls stopped immediately.

Read my post on this site. B.C. has a provision in the Consumer Protection Act (available on-line) that if inform the collection agency and the company they are collecting for in writing: "I dispute this debt and wish the matter to proceed to court" they must cease the calls immediately or risk a $250,000 fine. My calles stopped immediately. Other provinces likely have similar provisions.

If they have been doing this,Then RCMP/Fraud dept. Or any Law agency COULD NOT STOP THEM. The reason:
1. IT's ok
2. It's the gov't spying collecting data
3. The mob/gangs
4.Foreign gov't spying
5. Some person Hates you enough to cause you a Large credit problem.
Yes this is a criminal act.

These calls are from a gov'T agency.  Who operate., on collecting info on people. No one in LaW Enforcement will help.

Collection agency harassed debt-free Canadians - was the title of a CBC article on IQOR, a company resembling a mafia extortion ring.

Former employees told CBC News about calling non-debtors — including relatives of debtors and unrelated people with a similar last name to a debtor. "We would just keep calling them and calling them and calling them," a former employee told CBC News.

Is there a competent organization that can stop this mafia extortion ring clone for good?

We have smart phones i just added there number to my block list :)
