I have the same problem.. is call me everyday 2 time by day...

I has been harassed by this phone number 1-866-3015302 since last week. Fortunately I have a call-ID display funtion in my home phone, then I traced this phone number. It is said the call came from Fido's representative. I am one of their client and using their cellphone service. But that does not mean they have right calling me at morning, afternoon, evening or anytime they want. How disgusting it is!! Is it ethical to doing business in this way. I gonna write a letter to complain. I hope this is the last thing is someone can help me to stop these insane persone to disturbing me and driving my life upsidedown.

Tgey call and hang up after I answer.

These scumbags have been calling me several times over the past week.  I call them back from my land line. Followed their automated prompts to get my number removed from their list.  I hope never to hear from them again.

I do not use fido services and receives de same calls than you.  I receives them at random with other numbers like 866-902-8980.   So I don't think Fido would be more to blame the other compagny of telecomunication.

I have FIDo prepaid service, obviously we not take a call form unknown number and the main thing is the caller did not leave any VM!?

Yes! I too have been getting these calls. I think it is linked to facebook.I entered a contest through fb and ever since this f###ing person has been calling.

Simple = Call FIDO and tell them to take you off all of their Marketing lists and to put a note on your file that you are NOT going to pay for their calls

I'm pretty unhappy about these phonecalls several times a day, ringing at meetings, waking me up...  etc.  It's turned my life upside down for the past few months.  I never thought of Googling the number to find sites like this where others experienced my pain.

Fido has been unsuccessful in removing me from the "do not call list", which I tried twice, starting 3 weeks ago.  So I called the police, and they told me to call Atelka directly and see if I could resolve my problem before they took any kind of action.

The number to call at Atelka headquarters is (514)448-4905 extension 2256.

I have been getting these calls for the past two months, usually twice a day one in the morning and one at night. I haven't picked up their calls as they always call during work hours. I googled the number and found this site, realized I'm not alone.

I'm fed up and think I must do something about it. I called them back today. Like many people here, my call got hang up after you pressed 2 for English - so if I were you, I WOULDN'T CALL THIS NUMBER BACK  -Waste of time.

Then I read the message by Chris posted on 16 Aug 2007, it didn't work as the call got hang up again as you wait to speak to a real person.
so again  I wouldn't recommend that either.

1-866-301-5302 just called again. As I already knew what they want and what they're going to say. I basically asked her what kind of satisfiation survey you want to get from me since FIDO has been disturbing lives of their valued customers. I asked her to take me off the list. I don't know if they will call again, but if they do I'm going to switch to other provider

I have been gotting those calls too, but I never answered them once! I can see it's a 1-866 number and I realized it wouldn't be anyone I know or need to know. However it was geting annoying, they do call too often! And if I had to pay for those calls, that's as if they are trying to force you to use up more minutes than you would! Unfair. My cell is for emergency calls, or important calls only. I too don't have time for this.

Now my solution has been this: to install a call blocker program on my cellphone. The one I use is pretty cheap, but works. I use it for any numbers I don't want to hear from. If I get a prank call, or some weirdo call me, they are blacklisted. DONE. It's called BLACKLIST, and you can blacklist any number. When I tested what blacklist does, it basically hangs up for you, and you don't even hear it ring. At least that's what it seems like. There is an immediate disconnect anytime that number tries to make it's way to you. And you end up seeing a register list of it in the program, but you don't have to hear or put up with it physically.

I am frustrated too, I keep receiving a call from ( +18663015302). It is very irritating, I wish I could block this number.

Jesus this is absolutely the most annoying company in the world. I have just fired off an email to their management team in hopes that my number will be taken off their lists.

Fido is pretty useless as well because they can't block a number for you, they told me it's "impossible" (mhmmmm!). I told them to take me off every single calling list they have, which the girl told me it can take up to 30 DAYS to be removed... what are we in the 1960's? So I'm pretty disappointed with Fido as well in their terrible customer service. So if I get those calls anymore I will probably be switching over to another company very soon!

I am sick & tired to receive call from Atelka.
This marketing company call always on my Fido cell phone.
I called Fido to ask them to credit to me all the minute I lost when I answered to this number...of course the idiot from call center didn't credit...

Hey guys, I made a post on the 21st of March, well as of right now its the 30th of March and I haven't received a single call from them after sending their management team an email so I'm guessing that worked to take me off their lists so you should all try to do the same. No one replied to my email but as long as I'm not getting their calls then I'm happy!

To GET RID OF THE CALLS:
Dial 611 from your fido phone for customer services.  This is a "Free" call - it doesn't cost you any minutes.
You may wait a minute or two, but once you sepeak with an agent, they are able to take you off the call list.  The agent I just spoke with told me the phone number is for a telephone-service company that Fido sometimes contracts to make calls on their behalf.
Now I'm off the list.
I'll write back if I continue receiving calls.

I Called Fido about those crazy calls and ask them to take me off the call list.
The agent also gave me a $20 credit...do not hesitate to ask them...
I am going to check if those calls are going to stop...
They told me to wait 72H to be out the list.
