Ever since I cancelled Sirius this number has been calling 2-3x per day.  I have finally taken this approach:  I logged back in to my old Sirius account and changed the default phone number to my Google Voice number.  Added them as a contact and set as "treat as spam".  Now no calls should come through from these annoying people.

Anyway for others, you may try the same:  changing your phone number in your account settings to something else -- perhaps changing your account phone number to your local time and temp. would do the trick.

If you are like me and your initial contact with Sirius was established through Ford Motor Co.,  contacting Sirius as an individual is meaningless.  

If you want a real education on corporate avarice read the Sirius privacy agreement you “signed” at http://www.sirius.com/pdf/sirius_privacy_061410.pdf, basically you have given them permission to you whatever they want.

I suggest:
(1)    You contact Ford Motor Company (or whichever manufacture sold Sirius with it’s car);
(2)    File a complaint with the FCC and the FTC;
(3)    Write your congress and Senate representatives.

They just keep calling!  And they leave no message.

I just called the 866-301-7344 number and spoke with a representative @ Sirius.  I had closed out my account two weeks ago because my new car has XM.  He told me he put me on the "do not call" list.  Then he said that my account was still active although I no longer had radio service.  Weird....  He patched me through to customer service.  I figured this was a sales scam.  The CS person confirmed what I already knew, everything was all closed out, but he did make sure my phone number was deleted, so hopefully, these calls are over.

Thanks for the info everyone! What is particularly amusing in my case is that I still HAVE 3 (THREE) sirius subscriptions, and I have probably received 50 + calls over the last few weeks. I just had switched radios and basically just had reconfigured my account, and these numbnuts can't get it thru their heads I'm still a loyal customer. Oh, I get emails too.....lol. But I have an answering machine, and am not gonna let them get me all flapped up about it. I'm just glad I know who it is now, and will just ignore the number. Thanks again.....PEACE! PLEASE!?!

This is Sirius. I got very upset with them and told them I already had Sirius and to take me off their list, but they continue anyway.

Please take me off the call list immediately.

I have three accounts and these idiots keep calling.  I have told them to stop calling as one car is in storage.  They still call.

I keep receiving  a call from this number 866 301 7344 at my call every morning and afternoon, even evening.  I tried calling the opt out number but a recording says "sorry the service is not available".

Great to hear some of you don't get this calls annoying call.

QUIT calling my phone number, you call atleast 3 times a day!!

this # is on my caller ID EVERY DAY!!! I even threatened harrasment charges the last time I talked to someone and that was the 3rd person I complained to.  I emailed FORD yesterday,  lets see what happens now.  These people are just pissing me off!!!

I just logged into my account gave bogus info for everything and made my phone number the same as their customer care line.  Now they can robo-call themselves.

This number calls my home numerous times a day...found out that it's Sirius radio calling and I find this harrassment considering I cancelled their service!! Guess it's time to contact a lawyer...
