where can you file a complainte

Two calls from this number with no message or response when phone is answered.    Our number is unlisted.

A few months ago I called the so-called DNC Sirius# everyone keeps giving out but it doesnt work.  Well it worked for a few weeks and then the calls started back up it's ridiculous!

almost every day we receive a call from this number. we have clearly indicated we do not want any more sirius radio service yet keep getting these callls

I cancelled my Siruis Radio contract in June.  They have been calling at least twice a week on my home and also cell phone.  Will never do business with this company again.

Sirius Radio, doesn't matter if you call or e-mail them, they still continue to call on a daily basis, they said it takes them 4-6 weeks to take you off their list...nice.

Report them to the FCC, I just did!

I just filed a complaint against Sirius Radio.  I also cancelled service with them a couple of months ago and they keep calling my cell phone.  Sometimes the calls will even be in the evening and on Sat mornings. I have told them several times to NEVER call me again and this continues.  Do they think this will make me ever want to do business with them again? They are sadly mistaken.

I had this same problem but it was user error. I was entering my number with a 1, making it an 11 digit number. Make sure you're not doing that.

Not only do they not leave a message, if you answer they wont say anything or talk to you---just dead air...Im guessing they are just calling out of bordom, with nothing to say or sell

I called the opt out number and also spoke with a Sirius rep, but they keep calling. I've received close to 360 calls from them in the last 2 months. I wouldn't do business with them now even if they gave me free service for a year!

Call twice a day then hang up. Want it to stop. Sirius Satteltte radio I have no use. Not in car long enough.

I get three a day from these f&*ks. I called the opt out number, and it said it didn't recognize my number. I entered my number, and it said I wouldn't receive the calls anymore We'll see.

I cancelled Sirius in Feb when I sold my car that had Sirius built into the radio. They apparently put a hold on my acct and then said that I "agreed" to reactivate my account. I said "no!" They sent me a bill for $200 which was soon cleared and removed from the account and they finally "cancelled" my account in July. Now I get two calls a day. One at 6:30am and another at 2:45pm from these people wanting me back. It's aggrevating. I hope this opt out works as well. It didn't recognize my number but I entered it in. I'm also on the national do not call registry. I might have to let the FTC handle this.

I had to let go of my service for financial reasons, and was going to resume it when I got back on my feet. Harassment isn't speed that process up, in fact it's only making me question whether I want to resume it at all.

I was already on their DO NOT CALL list and still getting calls.  So I returned the call and yelled at them and told them I wanted off the list.  He had a script all ready and told me he'd take me off everything (gave a whole list including promotional, etc.).  I hung up on him.  i'm furious.
