This is Sirius' marketing department.  They are offering a 2 months free to get us to renew their service.  They have an do not call number (888-440-6342) but I called it and they continue to call me.  I also talked to a customer service rep who said that they would not call anymore but I got another call today.  You can go to the National Do Not Call list and file a complaint if they continue to after you have requested that they stop.  The website is https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx.

Russ you are the bomb!  That opt out number was great.  I wish every business had that option.

866-301-7344 called me every single day (sometimes more than once a day) as soon as the free six months of Sirius satellite radio that I got with my new car ran out.  I tried that 888 opt out number that supposedly takes you off of their call list, and that worked initially, but the calls started again a week later.  What finally stopped them once and for all was when I contacted Verizon and had their number blocked from calling me.  If you have Verizion Wireless, they allow you to block up to 5 numbers for free.  I am sure many other phone companies offer similar features.  It has been over two months now and I have not heard from them.  And if they want to get slick and start calling me from another number, I will block that one too, I got 4 more blocks left to use!

I did the same.  I called the number, but they said they did not have an account with the number I called from, even though  they keep calling me at that number!  They asked me to enter my number, so I did, and they said they would stop calling.  They did for a few weeks, then the calls started up again.  I just did it again, but they still don't have a record of my number that I'm calling from, even though they call me at that number, and thats the number I enter when they ask me to enter in manually.  WTF sirius.

You don't get it. That's not "the" Do-Not-Call List. It's Sirius' Do-Not-Call list.

They invented an account and started sending bills and late notices - now they call once or twice a day including weekends, sometimes wel into the evening.

Unavailable...called last night, 4/6 at 7:06pm...was just coming in the door then...they did not leave any message.
How ignorant can folks be,,they call..you practically break you neck, trying to get to the phone, then they don't bother to leave you any message.

Annoying telemarketer; asked him several times to tell his employer to stop calling and to take me off call back list!

These people call 2-3 times per day. We decided not to have Sirius anymore. I hate that they dont leave messages so I am not going to bother calling them back. Thanks for the updates!

Thanks for the update regarding the opt out with the Sirius marketing phone calls.

I received two calls from them today. I called them back the first time and got an opt out number. I called that number and pushed #7 and it said I would get no more calls. Well later this afternoon guess what? I got another call. When I answered they a man was on the line and said he was calling from sirius and I told him I was on their do not call list. He hung up very quickly.

I kept getting 2-6 calls a day from Sirius....the person who used to have my number had an account with them. So I called back (8 minutes on hold) and called the number it said to "opt-out" yes well the next 2 days I had 4 calls. So I called and spoke to a rep. She told me I was now on a do not call list but couldn't cancel the account because I didn't have a password. So I refused her offer to buy anything and left it at that. The next day I continued getting calls. So I called back (14 minutes on hold) again yelled cussed and told them it wasn't good enough. She yet again apologized and I refused an offer for a radio and hung up. The calls continued. I called (on hold-12 minutes) yelled cussed screamed and the man said that regardless of my lack of password he would cancel the account. I thanked him and warned him that if calls continued i would consider harassment charges. The next day I got calls from them again. I called back screamed cussed and demanded to talk to a supervisor I was forced to give my number and told I didn't have an account. I told them it was deleted the day before and I wanted to speak to a supervisor regardless. She put me on hold for a further 11 minutes. Eventually I spoke to a supervisor who sounded identical to the woman before. She apologized and said that she would pass my message on to department. She was snarky rude and had very little time for me. I told her that the next step would be harassment charges. She tried to sell me something. I asked why I would want to buy anything from this company when they so obviously treated their customers like crap....and I hung up. Hopefully tomorrow I will not receive any calls. I am in classes around the time they call so I really cant afford for it to go on any longer. Wish me luck and NEVER EVER get an account with sirius!!

Have told them repeatedly "Do not wish to continue with their radio service." Even called them over 2 weeks ago and told  them not to continue with service,just  to let it expire. Now getting calls and mail from them. Read the 'fine' print. Will call the opt out number from above. Hope that helps.

Just called the opt out number-888-440-6342. Automated call said "Your number is not in the system. In order to opt out, type in your 10 digit number and no more calls will be made to that number." My question is "If they called me  not quite 3 hours ago, How can my number *not* be in their system ? I just hope they stop calling..

Well,calling the opt out number did not work. They have called 4 more times  june 9 & 10 and I will not answer the phone. Have already told them NO...shouldn't have to tell them NO again......

WOW. I will never do business with Sirius again. Still getting calls from them. Even answered the phone Saturday and told Tiffany from Sirius that I called the opt out number and have told Sirius 4 x's that NO I DO NOT WANT YOUR RADIO. Have gotten 4 more calls since June 12th. Will go again to donotcall and file harassment charge this time

Tried the opt-out number above and got a recording that my number was not in their system! So how did they call me???

to SRP, sirius and XM are now the same company..  on the other hand,. I answered the call, told the guy that I wasn't interested and to stop calling..  well, they keep calling so I then called the opt out number and everything and well,. they keep calling..  dont know what to do next.
