Yes, we have gotten this call every night at 7:30pm for the last two weeks.  I will try to call the phone company tomorrow. I am so frustrated!

Iget calls from this number and my phone number is unlisted. I have a message on both my land line & cell phone that I don't answer calls from unknown numbers or blocked caller id's. I tell the caller to leave a message if they expect me to return their call.

Who are these people?  As far as I know, I have no connection with them unless they have gotten my number from credit card companies that "share information about you."  I am on the Do NOT Call list, but I get periodic calls from these folks and others.  They do not call the cell phone number.  If these calls are classified as harassment, how can they continue to take place?

I am in Georgia and I am experiencing the same thing as everyone on the list.  At least I can take comfort in the fact that I am not alone.  Perhaps united, we can do something about this.

This is a list of my calls just since February. They've been calling us for 6 months. I called AT&T (our service provider) and call block won't work on the number because it's out of state. So our only resolution is to follow the Burbank, CA recommendation - file a police report and then contact the Anonymous Call Bureau at 800-325-0261. I've logged a complaint for each of these calls with the National Do Not Call Registry but as far as I can tell it's done nothing. However, I plan on continuing to log them.

Multiple calls daily, no message if call goes to voice mail, no one there if I answer. Called phone company, told to call local police or change my number.

I have been receiving these calls two or three times a day, in fact I just received one a few minutes ago.  For the first time, someone was on the other end.  It was someone with "America's Homeless Veterans."  They are trying to reach people for their annual fundraising campaign.  It is harmless, as I have donated to them in the past, but I agree that it is frusterating to get hang ups all the time.  Probably something to do with computer generated calls.

We have been receiving the calls for about 6 months. See my prior post that is currently showing up on page 6. Today they called again - the 2nd call of the day. Usually it's a hang up but this time a gentleman named Mark indicated he was with American Homeless Vets and he was soliciting a donation. I asked for a call back number and he gave me 800-525-5385 which does belong to American Homeless Vets. It appears from other posts that this is likely a company that organizations contract with to solicit donations. I've left a message with American Homeless Vets that I would like the name and contact information of the organization they've contracted with in order to include their name in the police report that I am going to file for the harrasing calls. I informed them that I will have to use their name to file the police report if they are unwilling to provide me with the company they have outsourced to. Of course I'll share if I'm able to get a company name and contact information so everyone can have it to file their complaints.

They're back !!!!!!!!!!!!! These "people" started calling last year. I reported the number to my State Attorney General's office and they stopped calling. Then this year, they started again. Are these people bored or just plain stupid????? No enough already' somebody please help!!!!

Caller called about 8:45pm tonight.  When I answered there wass no one there.  No sound on other end of line.  Have had other calls similar to this recently.

Call shows out-of-area. I did not pick up but get busy signal when I try to call the number. My suggestion would be to go to the Federal Telecommunications Commission and report this as they can do more for you than the phone company. If you are on the DNC, as I am, and they find out who this is, they can be fined up to $11,000 for each call. If you answer your phone and someone actually picks up and responds, you may mention that fact to them. I did that with a different number in 2006 and never got another call from them.

I too get this call about every other day.  And like the others, when I call back, it rings about 13 times...then goes to a busy signal.  I answered it one time, asked who was calling, she only said her name, when asked who she was with, she just said her first name only.  I have asked repeatedly to for them to remove my number, they still call.
