Same harrassing calls as everyone else...repeatedly.

6:58 PM my stepson answered the call form "William" no last name. I checked the calling number and refused to speak to this unknown person. I am glad I checked on this website.

6:59 immediate callback after hanging up. Call refgused again

Received call, no messages left.
 
I called number back and gotten a voicemail.  Left them a message..(You called me and did not leave a voice message and by the way I am on a Do not call list and  to not call back.

We receive calls daily from this number. We have been on the national "do not call" list for 2 years. This is extremely annoying!!!1

Thank you so much for that info, I was receiving these annoying calls as well but was able to call them ask to be removed from their call list with the info you provided. You're the best!!

I've been doing quite a bit of research on this organization-
They are repeatedly in violation of several FTC rules.
The ones we can nail them the most easily on are-

§ 310.4 (b) (1) (iii) “Do Not Call”

“Of course, even a seller who
is exempt from the prohibition against
calling a consumer based on the
existence of an ‘‘established business
relationship’’ with that consumer must
honor that consumer’s direct request not
to be called under the company-specific
‘‘do-not-call’’ provision.”

If you actually engage with one of their callers,
they will be quick to tell you that the "Do not call"
listing does not apply to them because they are a charitable
organization- that may be true, but even COs are subject
to the law that states you have the right to ask them
to remove you from THEIR list and they must respect and
obey your request...


§ 310.4(b)(1)(ii) — Denying or interfering
with ‘‘do-not-call’’ rights”

In the NPRM, the Commission
proposed to prohibit a telemarketer from
denying or interfering in any way with
a person’s right to be placed on a ‘‘do­
not-call’’ list, including hanging up the
telephone when a consumer initiates a
request that he or she be placed on the
seller’s list of consumers who do not
wish to receive calls made by or on
behalf of that seller.

CFR employees have repeatedly hung up on us.
By law, they must provide you the opportunity
to apply your right as listed in the above section.

REPORT them if they violate either of these
laws.
The more of us who complain, the better.

These people appear to be scam artists. I've asked State Troopers about them and they don't know anything.
