We received a letter telling us our warranty is going up in price and to give them a call asap, instead we called the company our warranty was with, they confirmed it is a scam.

Got a ltr today... company unknown but ltr had "vehicle assurance...vehicle service contract". Said to call 866 341 9255 to get a low price for the extended service. Boy this is a scam right off the bat...if i need to get an extended warranty,  If i need one, I will talk with the dealership where I bought the car for their recommendation. Not a letter from a no name company who uses fear as a tactic.  Ltr shredded!!!

Got a letter with this phone number to call.  HELLOOOOOOO, I can't possibly have an extended warranty expiring on an Infinity since I traded that car in in 2013. Scam alert!!!!  Donot call this number.

No call, but I did get a letter in the mail.  In the letter, they tried to pass themselves off as representing Toyota. The letter advised me that after 9/11/19, they would not be able to honor the service contract quote on my car. I needed to call them immediately at 866-341-9255 so they could "hold my EVSP contract at the lowest program rates."   I texted a copy of this letter to my trusted Toyota Service advisor where I purchased my car and she told me NOT to buy into this .... they do NOT represent Toyota!  That's all I needed to hear.  It's hard to trust anyone these days. Everyone's out to make a buck without earning it legally!!!

Yes...unfortunately the elderly do all the time. I'm fighting with this company now to cancel the contract so my parents can get their money back.

Please stop calling me about the car warranty u keep calling me and sending me a letter and I keep telling u I do not want your warranty ok..Please stop calling me and sending me letters ok..No I do not want it ok..Now please stop am tried of u calling me and sending me letter u said u would stop so stop ..I do not want it ok..ok..The name am putting on here might not be the call but it is on the letter..So stop ok..

We have not had a Mercedes for over 10 years! Letter came in the name of my deceased husband.

Keep getting calls from this number although I have blocked it.  I do not have a 2012 Honda and if I did I would be trying to sell it because it would be too old to keep!!! Leave me alone!!!

Letter head reads:"Vehicle Assurance.Vehicle Service Contracts"
"Dear --, We have been advised the price increase to our vehicle protection plans has been extended  until 7/2/2021"..... Okay since my spouse has a bad habit of going to   title and payday loans(and the last incident was a few yrs ago when we owed only $2000 on my car,he paid off the car and they held the title for the loan)- I suspect that they are responsible for using the information about the vehicle... the letter ended "Sincerely, Dale Stevens  Senior Program Advisor  (866)341-9255
*Red flag: two first names used for a name/ since my spouse has gone to these loan sharks, my cell phone has been flooded with spam calls,and if you dial them back- a prerecorded message says:" not available "/ number not in service "/"please leave your name and number. "

Car was leased turned in 15 yrs ago,they are trying to scam me.. LOTS OF LUCK>>LOL

Red flag is no return address.

I have NEVER used any loan company that wasn't my personal bank. They get the information from your search engine, things you have looked up.  I get this crap ALL of the time.

Vehicle Assurance sent a letter about warranty. I use no vehicle !! DON'T drive !! By mail or phone it gets old but just keep ignoring them all. 866-341-9255 is their number.

I received this letter today saying I have to call this number because of my car warranty  I signed a contract that should be honored
