- Alleyne, Surrey, BC, Canada / Telus replies to EllyThis is NOT Telus, the 360 exchange is a Washington, USA exchange (not Washington DC). I pick up items shipped to US from Canada often, This is a WA, USA exchange.
- Telus userI just got a call a few minutes ago from 1-866-3601448 and decided to look it up. I got one yesterday too, and figured it was just a telemarketer, but then today I got another one from the same phone number. I'm strictly a prepaid user, and I only use it for texting, so naturally I don't answer incoming phone calls, especially from numbers I don't know. I hope Telus is looking into it because I really don't want it to become as bothersome as some of you have described it.
- Caller: unsure
- Anna- I picked up this call because of calling me everyday. He said that it was on behalf of Telus. when I spoke up, he hang up.
- jay replies to deleted postno this is a bothersome call. i never let my pre-paid time even get near a "0" balance and i get at least 2 calls a month. I have not, in the last 3 years, let my plan go past due and have not had to reinstitute the text plan i have. I, like so many others on here, have a text only phone and i never answer but my missed calls show that this number has called repeatedly.
- jess replies to Ellyi just got a call from this number and it was a bunch of people speaking in an eastern dialect. not sure which language but i clearly heard a lady say "bin laden." extremely confused, as this has never happened. i dont think it was telus...
- AndreaI called Telus and they called this number for me. They found out it was in fact telus asking me if I want to switch to a plan (I am on pay as you go). I told them I was really upset because this number called me every day right at dinner time and every time I tried to talk to tell them to take me off their call list I got disconnected. The telus rep was very apologetic and ended up giving me 500mb of free data for the trouble. So my advice is to call telus and ask them to take you off their call list!

- MCHave been getting these calls over the last few days nobody there when I answered! I have pay-n-talk.
- CarolI just got a phone call from them, first time in 4 years of being with Telus (that I remember) and it is Telus. If it is not then they already had all the info they needed to scam and would not have needed to trouble themselves by calling me. I listened to what the person had to say and I went with it. It gave me a lot more options then the prepaid options I had and it is still a prepaid monthly plan. Very happy for me and it's "free" so I don't see what's the trouble there.

- Vaughan DoucettePlease stop calling my cell number as it is set up for texting and I only use voice calls to speak to my loved ones and family. Also for emergency calls (911)
- WrathhI'm on a 3 year contract and got this call. Not amused that it appears to come out of the US (per call display). Lovely that Telus is subcontracting out of country.
- SteveCalled the number from landline, it's Telus. Called Telus regular number and agent confirmed it's Telus outbound. They can remove you from getting messages/calls from this number.

- munschThe common theme seems to be Telus and
pre-paid. Who's to gain from running down
my account but Telus.- Caller: Telus
- GweekGot a call on my prepaid phone, not happy about this because it uses up minutes so I don't answer cause I don't know who they are. Everyone seems to agree it's Telus, kinda silly cause they usually text me with new programs. Besides when they leave a message it is so garbled I can't understand a word (don't mean a different language) just static. Anyway, not going to answer, just delete, not interested.

- jbacwI checked into this and its a scammer
- AcheronMy god. If you can't figure out who and what it is...you must be new. Its not hard to find area codes and the fidst three numbers of home and cells. The rest is just random dialing...snag a mailbox or an answer and you keep calling. Could even use software. Also...I can't believe I'm even gonna say this but DO NOT GIVE ANY KIND OF INFO WHAT SO EVER. Its a bunch sneaky crooks looking to snag info and steal identities accounts even your cell account. I saw on another site a woman thought it was telus and gave up her info and pin. She had her prepaid balance sucked dry and her PIN changed. They know you are a telus customer because telus ises certain groups of numbers for example 519809xxxx. Then just try different combos of the last four until u snag sucker. Also...never trust anyone claiming u need to clean out ur computer or u have probs and they can direct u to a free website and program. Do not do anything but hang up and report it. My mom got her computer frozen and locked up and was demanded money to unlock it. My advice...drop telus and go to koodo. My samsung galaxy has a built-in block list feature. Its been quite handy for the ex girlfriend too.
