I received 2 notices from CarSafe:  Telephone 866-364-3336.  I recognized it immediately as being a scam since I already have an extended car warrenty which is included in my  car payments.  They are asking for my Vin #, which was another tip off because the dealer already has this information.  I would like to see these folks put out of business.

I just got mail asking me to call this number. It claims that should call to "extend your vehicle's coverage" and asserts that my service contract expires on December 23. I have no such service contract.

I took all the info against these people from the net, printed it out and sent it to them in the mail. On the outside of the envelope for everyone to see, I wrote what a phoney scamming company they are.

I received a 2nd attempt notice from CarSafe in my sisters name who passed away in August 2006. It says it is for warranty on a 2005 Chevrolet. She had not owned a Chevrolet in 8 years. Makes me wonder if someone has done fraud and purchased a vehicle in her name. Can anyone fill me in on this?

Apparently you have been living on another planet the past few years during which the Democrats have controlled the White House, the House and the Senate. You are as big a BS artist as Carsafe.

These phone calls come from a same scammers/ frauds who call themselves "CAR SAFE", "NAVISS", "Royal Plus Coverage", "Dealer Services-N.C.W.C". They try to sell you extended car warranties. Dont make the mistake of answering their calls. They inpersonate your car dealership and even have information like your car make, model, and VIN not to mention the car onwners name and phone number. Please read the fallowing link. I hope i can help at least one person from the headache i went through with this company. ... http://www.ripoffreport.com/tv-advertisements/dealer-services-aka/dealer-services-aka-royal-pro-d47x9.htm

CarSafe Scam!!! I got a letter too. Of course google shows how this is such a scam.  BBB shows they now have an F- rating down from a D- and have a law suit pending.  The contact info is 6120 Powers Ferry Rd. NW Suite 200, Atlanta GA 30339 or Enterprise Financial Group, P.O. Box 167667, Irving TX 75016.

I am always amazed when I see crooks like these are able to still be scamming people since 2009.  It is now 2012.  WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO BE PUT IN JAIL???!!!

Did not receive a phone call but received an urgent letter in the mail saying this was their second attempt and I had only 5 days to respond.  The letter does not have the correct vehicle on it.  Total scam!

Got the mailing today.  Said "2ND ATTEMPT like it was a CREDITORS NOTICE.  VERY Misleading and attempt at INTIMIDATING. (There are LAWS against tactics like that!)

Obviously a SCAM, but I Googled it and found SIX COMPLAINTS on a website: www.consumeraffairs.com/auto/warranty/carsafe.html
These complaints include unseen 'gotchas', REFUSAL TO PAY LEGITIMATE CLAIMS, REFUSAL to REFUND MONEY for cancelled contracts and PHONE and MAIL HARASSMENT.

There is also a BS 'company response' from them (CarSafe) that says virtually NOTHING.

Other names on their mailing listed as "Administrators" of their plans:

Enterprise Financial Group, P.O. Box 167667, Irving, TX 75016
    and
Interstate National Dealer Services, 6120 Powers Ferry Road NW, Suite 200 Atlanta, GA 30339

All complaints indicate MISSINFORMATION on their mailings and in their phone solicitations, an attempt at GATHERING MORE PERSONAL INFO on the car owner or person calling even when you just want to ask a few questions(database mining) AND NASTY ABUSIVE PEOPLE when they figure out you are NOT going to give them money OR are trying to get money BACK from them.

***DO NOT*** <<UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES>>> DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
DO NOT CALL THEM; they will then have 'legal right' to TELEMARKET TO YOU RELENTLESSLY.

    THIEVES, SCAM ARTISTS, CRIMINALS.

I get the flyers all of the time.  Decided to see what others say about them based on their phone number.  They don't call me - maybe because I'm on the DNC list.  Anyway, I am sure they are scamming many elderly, who will worry about their auto warrantys expiring, etc.  I just throw these away - let them waste their postage.

Last I heard from them was back in Dec. 2011. Got a 2nd attempt notice today. The number on it was this time, 1-800-785-3128. Spoke to Mr. Chris Johnson. He said he was with the Naviss Co. located at 10176 Corp. Sq. Dr., Mo. 63132. I intend to print out complaints from att. gens. office and the BBB. I then fold those complaints into the form of a mailing envelope and send it to them in the mail. This way whoever handles that envelope can read what scammers this co. is. I will also be registering complaints on all consumer pages i can find.
