I've been watching a pending transaction from NCSoft that I've been watching and waiting to see if it posts, lists this phone number. I'm wondering if any of you have a iPhone or the new MyTouch, I think my info got taken from one of the purchases I made through the phone...

Also had a $2.29 from a Mexican calling card place and three $1.13 charges from www.me.com which seems to be a mobile phone software place affiliated with Apple/iPhone, don't own anything from them...

What's up with this NCsoft.com?  They posted a transaction for $54.11 on sunday . . . about the same time I made a purchase via Paypal for $53.96. I tried the 866 number tonight and it was busy.
I talked to my bank shortly after I noticed it on Sunday & the rep. said it might be an error and it might clear up -- but to call back if not.  I'm calling the bank as soon as I post this notw,

I called my bank (Wells Fargo) the customer rep said they will turn this transaction to their fraud dept & suggested that I close-out my card based on what I found on this site.  They said they will credit my account for this one but they could not be held responsible for further fraudulant charges if they occurred. After talking for 5-10 minutes, the rep. said that she recognized the NCsoft.com name and that they've processed other claims against this person or company.  The good word is to work with your bank ASAP!

Yesterday morning, I found 3 unauthorized checkcard charges on my bank checking account. One for $1.13 from www.me.com, and two from ncsoft.com, $49.97 and $54.36.  After contacting my bank, I was informed I would have to call back after 7 a.m. pst.  Around 7:15 a.m., I logged back on my computer to check my account.  My bank sent me an email alert that they "detected irregular activity on [my] check card."  I then logged on to my bank account and discovered that 11 authorized charges for over $330 were pending. I was able to contact my bank's fraud department and cancel my card before other charges could be made.  Less than an hour later, I was at my bank, working with a customer service rep.  I have a new ATM/debit card now.  The bank hasn't refunded any money to me yet.  I have to go in this morning a file a claim.

I haven't made any online purchases in several months.  Someone used my check card online, obviously, but they didn't acquire my card info directly from me.  There has to be some common ground here with all the unauthorized ncsoft.com charges on everyone's accounts.

$59.99 charged this morning with my debit card.  Fortunately I was able to catch it in pending status (dummies shouldn't pull this stuff on payday, when people are checking their account).  Unfortunately, the burden falls on the victim, had to cancel my card, stay on the phone with my bank forever, fill out dispute paperwork, what a pain!  How are they still in "business"?

I filed a claim with my bank and recommend everyone on this thread do the same rather than trying to deal with the company directly. The bank also suggested I file a claim with the police (perhaps the FBI, since it's across state lines), since debit card fraud is a crime. Since this is clearly an epidemic with this company, they need to be investigated, so I strongly urge everyone take legal steps against the company, lest this trend continue.

same story. charges on account, number listed by bank for CHARGE.NCSOFT.com. also an apple online charge for a buck, and the darn company won't help with the charge unless you can tap into your online account from your computer, which i'm not in front at the moment. A lot of help they were. by chance looked at my account today, still pending amount since i had more or less a zero balance. but that puts me in the red. i think they get the info from the itunes accounts and Apple store that is registered. They used an old account i don't really use so it was really obvious. waiting for fraud investigation to reverse charges.
