Got a credit card charge form this company called Charge.NCSOFT.com for 59.99, never heard of them. Want my money back

on September 27, I saw some insurance transaction for $1.14 and I though may there is a fee for an insurance company since I just change insurance companies. It comes to my surprise that A $59.99 charge was taken out of my checking account through my debit account card. The peculiarity of this situation is that I have used my debit card only through ebay which further the transfer of the funds is made through PayPal.com. I have ony used my card probably about six times during this year. And all has been through ebay.I called my bank immediately, they said that they have cancelled my account due to the suspicious activity. These are the withdrawals attempts:
I.  $ 1.14       9-26-2012   crown air
II. $ 59.99     9-26-2012  nc soft.com
III. $ 1.37      9-26-2012 paul h west insurance in
IV.  $ 59.99   9-27-2012   Successful
Does anyone sees a trend??  I want to get to the bottom of this.
I called pay-pal even though they are not directly link to this but in a indirect way they are because my debit card was only used in their website. I n the past 10 days I made 3 transactions on eBay which leads to their financial source PayPal. I spoke to paypal and they willing to work with because I mentioned that the  Korean gaming company ncsoft.com and paypal pops up in similar cases. Hopefully, we can work together to catch this thieves.  This is not about the dollar amount they took from me but the future damage that these thieves can do to other individuals like myself. If we work together I'm sure we can catch this pattern of stealing since the same trend is reoccurring.  For instance:
1. ncsoft.com they must have the information who or what user utilize my debit card to purchase my game.
2. $ 59.99
3. $ 1.13
4. paul h west insurance in 206-337-3905 telephone
Like some wrote that who ever was a victim we should file to the local authorities and the federal trade commission ftc.com

I was charged 59.99 from NCSOFT.COM I don't know what to do!?!?! Please help

I got hit 5 times ($59.99 each) on the credit card.

you guys sure about that? if your a computer gamer then u should know ncsoft......they are only one of the biggest game companies....they make some of the biggest mmorpg

Agree. I had the bad experience too. Cancel your credit card account and get another card.

I have a Large charge on my account from these people.  I am not a "gamer".  Called my bank and found out my card was hacked.  They are now investigating.

I had SIXTEEN back to back charges from ncsoft show up on my account last night. They were various amounts, ranging from $5 to $100, totaling near $400. My bank (M&T) emailed me about the suspicious charges. I spoke with the fraud department of the bank this morning and had my card shut down and the charges are being disputed.

They just got my account today!!!!!!!!!!!  This is ridiculous - they better refund my account.  I have no idea who or what they are.  But I'm upset!  I had a bill bounce and my bank charged me a fee.  This is bull!

They won't.  What they will do is string you along until it is too late to dispute the charge with your bank.  You should have immediately filed a fraud dispute with the bank and all those fees should have gone away until they complete the investigation.
