I just found out today that my credit card was charge $57.87 and had no idea what this was so i went on the web site which was no help at all, so then I called my bank and reported this to them and gave them all the info i got fr that web site and thank god my bank is reinversing the money back to by acct.and putting a claim, they are going to do all the investagation, so I sugguets you call your bank. good luck!

just got my bank statement with a withdrawal for $49.99 from charge.ncsoft.com 866-367-9516. don't know who/what this is about. i have never authorized any purchase, and i most certainly do not play computer games. The authorities have to do something fast.

From this website and others, I just called my bank and reported it as fraudulant and cancelled my card. She also said there was a pending charge from TMA*AFFILNAME, I said I also do not know who that is, and googled them while she was on the phone and found them to also be on these chat sites as fraudulant. Glad I called the bank and cancelled the card. I suggest you do the same.

Where is the FBI? I got the charged 49.99 from NCsoft.  I called discovercard report fraud.  Those who play with fire will burn sooner or later.

I was reviewing my credit card statment as well and I came across a charge for 49.99.  Of course I called my bank and they told me to try and called the number on my statment.  As I type this email I've been on hold for 20 minutes and counting. I've tried going to the website and using the contact numbers they had there and of course I was switched to a bust numbers on all 3 attempts.  I did some research online and found out that they have a poor grade from the BBB on custumer satisfaction and alot of other corporate problems.  My best advice is to dispute the charges with your bank first and maybe get a new bank card or credit card number.  Also be careful of Facebook and Myspace also, playing games on the site could lead to this problem.  Good Luck!!!

i just got charged 49.99 tuesday from this place! what the heck is it. im goin to the bank tomorrow so i can see if they will give me my money back and im going to file a police report for identity fraud because i never authorized it.

Hello again, After waiting and redialing for almost 2 hrs, this is what I did.  When you call the 8663679516 press 2 for the options of tech support. You will definitely speak with someone and explain to them why you're calling and if the can connect you with someone in billing. Of course you will have to tell someone else what's going on but your issue is on it's way to being resolved.  Now once I spoke with the billing dept they able to tell me that this account and charges originated from China, they had all  my info.  They gave me a confirmation number for the refund and they stated it will be  fully refunded to my account/credit card. Now keep in my I finally spoke with someone a couple of hours after my previous entry.  I will definitely keep you informed on the outcome.

no call, but also had charge for 49.99 from ncsoft.com and two charges one for 1.00 and one for 1.49 to childrens hospital trust.  Seems like I am going to have to cancel my card too.

I was charged $49.99 by this company and have no idea who they are.  I am struggling with breast cancer and chemotherapy and trying to work as much as possible to make my ends meet as a single Mom while going through these treatments and illnesses associated with them.  I cannot believe someone would take advantage of me like this during such a trying time.  This is outrageous whoever you are.  I never spoke with anyone on the phone but the company on my bank statement is NCSoft.com.

Wow this just happened to me today too.  I'm glad I'm not the only one.  2 charges of $49.99 on my BofA checkcard.  I had to cancel my card and the bank is going to have me fill out fraud forms but they cant do anything at the moment because the charges are still pending. Kind of bull [***], that I have to actually let them charge my card before I can dispute it.  Called that number 866-367-9516 busy signal.

Hi there read my previous post and follow those instructions. When you call use the options for tech support and then explain to them what happen and asked them to connect you to someone in billling. I did this on Friday Dec. 4th, 2009, and I just checked my account online and my money was refunded.  People do understand this, they count on you not doing anything to get your money.  Do make that call and spend at least an hour dealing with this, it's worth the time.

hi there msjr, my husband and i read your post the other day and followed your instructions. we spoke with 2 young men who were very understanding and did exactly what you said.  we to checked our banking statement and sure enough there was the refund.  thank you for posting your experience with this fraudulent behavior of internet terriost. my advice is to watch your statements and do something about getting your money returned if you didnot authorized any purchases.  good luck to everyone.

NCsoft is a gaming company. If you are seeing payments through your PayPal account, that means that someone has your PayPal account information. If you are seeing charges and do not play NCsoft's online games, then someone stole your credit card information and made a purchase on their website. NCsoft is a worldwide company. With being as big as they are they are a big target for credit card fraudsters.

The reason you got a busy signal is because their phone queues are full. Once you get in expect a long hold time. But they will locate the charge and refund it for you.
