you get a call from a same number more then once a day,you have the right to file an harassment charge,just tell them thats what you will do the next time it happens.

Shut these people down NOW!   Nothing but a nuisense.    Why should I pay for a call that no person answers on the other end.     It must be a scam of some sort.

I just got this number that called me. Didn't answer.

Folks, get real and stop wasting your time trying to figure out if this is a legit call and what the caller wants. It's a scam! Welcome to 2012, where your privacy rights have been eroded by scammers using the latest technology. I get multitudes of calls from numbers like these both to my home phone and cell, and I studiously ignore them. In fact I no longer answer my phones if I don't recognise the number or if my call display says "private number". It's the best thing you can do. Try not to let it drive you crazy.

I have been getting calls from this number since August 16th. Its really starting to get annoying. I never answer the call because I dont want to end up paying for a long distance call (even if it is toll free) I dont want to risk it. But im starting to think I should answer and [***] the person out and tell them to stop calling me but after reading some of these posts it sounds like I should just call my service provider (TELUS) and try to get them to remove my number from that stupid telemarketing company or w,e it is calling me. I have received up to 4 calls a day sometimes from that number. Sometimes at 8:30 pm. For now im going to continue to not answer the call and if it keeps up im calling telus to get this to stop for good.

I started getting calls for them in the second last week of August. I would get a call every single day. I often missed it or hit ignore, but once or twice I answered and there was nothing. Dead silence. And last Monday they called 3 times in a matter of 4 hours.
I'm sure there was someone three or a recording machine or something. So I told them off two of those three times and I haven't gotten a call for over a week now.

3 missed calls from this number. realized my contract finished last month. that explains things.

Daily calls. Answered once. Dead air. National do not call list doesn't work. Telus can't block calls. Not sure how to stop cell phone spam.

It's Telus!  I received daily calls and dead air when I answered. Just phoned the number and found out it's Telus. Had them put me on their call block list.

This is NOT Telus!! It's a scam plain and simple. After they asked me for my PIN number for my Telus account, I hung up. NO ONE from Telus ever asks or ever should ask for ANY type of PIN number. Wake up people.

This is Telus Mobility. They will keep calling until you answer so you might as well answer and listen to what they have to say. If you're not interested just tell them so and they will stop calling.

Yes I called Telus and they tell me it is a number in one of their offices however the person who leaves the number on our cell phone display does not own the number so they cannot answer when you call it. The caller is somehow displaying Telus's number to make you think they are working with Telus.  It is trickery and deceit so do not answer and do not talk to the person.

I have recd two call from 1-866 369 9826, one yesterday and one today.  How do I stop this call....

Called the number back. It's Telus offering the I something 5.

Just recieved a call from them and just silence on the other end of line.  Hung up and this not first time that they have called.
