Be careful I wanted a iPad and I had  a friend with me who sells cars  went from new iPad to cheaper plan but change the word to Telus and he caught it I didn’t  so I said no the I have 2 tablets and they all suck not getting tricked for a 3 time

I'll switch to Bell if this keeps up.

Register on the national do not call list. Once you do this and they continue to call, you can report them and they will be fined.

I just received a call from them  trying to figure out the company am with assuming wrong ones  and assuring me that the call will be recorded.. seemed quiet suspicious.

And it starts again

I'm a longtime Telus customer and I do indeed have a pin on the account. It's part of a verification process when you call and they do call it a pin and not a password.

The problem with this number is someone is also spoofing it. I've had legit calls when our credit card expired and we forgot to update it, but I've also had calls multiple times daily for a few weeks and all hang ups whether we answered our not. When I call Telus back,  they have no record and nothing on file of concern.

Keep calling but no one at the other end. Very boring.

Several missed calls. Get a text either saying a VM has been left, which ends up  being blank, or a Missed Call text saying “call/text me back”.

Very unprofessional.

I may as well state this too; shortly after leaving Telus, I received a call that I answered.
Sounded like buddy was in a basement pool lounge, terrible quality connnection. Said he was with Telus.
I replied something something like “If this is a rep from a major service provider, why is this call quality so bad”
He tried to blame it on my new service provider. I hung up.
Have never had a call with such poor quality since.
Sketchy tactics

It's Telus, it's annoying. Just block the number. I dont know why there are so many comments saying they've been harassed for months. BLOCK THEM.

Nuisance call. Says they are from Telus. Calls over and over again!!

Called again tonight direct from India. "On behalf of Telus".
Telus BTW, claims no affiliation to these people yet they have been scamming this way for 10+ years.
The Police don't care, so the scam goes on and on and on.
