- WazeThis number called me around 8pm and the man said he is from Koodo. The only reason why I started believing him was because I actually dealt with Koodo customer service earlier today. He first asked to talk to the name of the account holder .. I wonder how he even got the account holders name as it does not show up on my phone number. He we asking me to complete a survey to get a free Acer tablet...after I started asking him questions about who he was but he was responding with long eerie silent holds. At the end I hung up.
Please don't give them your information. I have no idea how they got the account holders name...- Caller: Scammer pretending to be koodo

- LinThis number calls our landline regularly. We blocked it years ago but they still keep calling. Fortunately our call blocker device prevents the phone ringing....thank goodness.

- Sue replies to QEWow they asked for my SIN and drivers licence no as well as pin no! Scammers
- karenj replies to dow_71I too have received a phone call from this number. It can't be due to overdue payments as my account is always up to date. Be very careful when talking to these people and NEVER give out your identification numbers over the phone.
- KyJust received a call from this number. They were wanting to tell me promotional deals and new phones telus had to offer. Sketchy part is I switched from Telus to another provider over 6 months ago, so I shouldn't be receiving calls from them any more. I have also dealt with Telus in the past about payments and my phone will recognize that it is Telus mobility, this number was unknown. I would recommend blocking this number, it is probably a scam. Especially if they are asking personal information.

- smithrsWow, calls from this number go back to 2007! Leaves no voicemail, so not a Chinese robo-call LOL
- Kristi replies to C.HI am not a Telus customer either and am getting called by this number. I never answer. Good to know I'm not the only one. :)
- AnnoyedGot a call, some guy said he was calling on behalf of TELUS, so I replied by “so TELUS gave you guys my number?!” He hung up on me... guess he didn’t like that question
- samiamIf you scroll down, some said it's Telus, other said it's Bell, the rest all kind different company names. So I'm going to say it's a scam or fraud number.

- Brendan replies to JoanI recieved at least eight calls from this phone number within the past two weeks. I say hello and they hang up. I called TELUS and they told me that they would make it stop and all 6-8 people that I spoke to said the exact same thing. However, they try their best to help me out.
- SCSame call. Someone should make Telus aware of this problem.

- DaveCalled me, saying they were Telus winback or something like that. Said he could offer me 5gb, nex Iphone xr 128 gb and an everything plan for $80/month. Told him I was happy where I was. He asked if he could call back next month. I told him that when I left 2 years ago that I wanted to lower my phone bill a little bit and nobody would help me at all so I left. I told him he would have to get in the $40/month for me to consider, which I won't. When my date leaves me I don't crawl after her like a puppy. When you leave it is for good!

- RogerTelus uses offshore telemarketers last known one in the Philippines who also do scams as their main business. That is why if you look thru the all these pages you will see scams mixed in with Telus. They simply forget to change the spoofed number on their VOIP when they change over to scam mode. Never give these people the time of day or you will be sorry. Tell Telus to start using local telemarketers or hire their own or tell them you are moving on. That is what I have done.

- AnnoyedAlways calls when I am out of the same room as my phone, clearly doesn't ring more than just enough to register on my phone as a missed call or else I'd catch it on multiple rings. I suspect they want people to phone BACK but I refuse to put my trust in a long distance call for what is more than likely a scam routine. If they were legitimate, I would have no problems with a simple answering machine message but they don't want to do anything but leave a vague trace of their presence behind. "Let the suckers come to YOU." is probably their motto. [***] 'em.
