I've just switched to prepaid about a week ago. I had never received a call from this number until I switched. 1st one came in today. Something about prepaid?

Yup, totally not Telus. I just spoke with them, and first he asked me whether I had given the person calling any information (which i didn't) and he said they have no numbers that would a) call at 7:30pm, and b) call from a 1-866-369 number.
He said they were going to get their security team on it, and find out where the calls were coming from.
So it is indeed some kind of scam. Crazy!

Please stop all Telemarketing type calls!

MY son keeps getting harrased by this number.

The 866-369-9826 IS a Telus Marketing Dept number. You can phone Telus and ask them to
cease calling your number.

Yes - I dialed the number back and it is TELUS.  I think it is a telemarketing call - they apologized to me for the inconvenience.  Rather annoying though to get called Friday night after 8:30pm especially as we are dealing with a family member in the hospital and every call has us on edge.

they called me and I answered but no one was on the other end. Very creepy. If it is Telus I am going to switch to another company. I text the number back and told them not to call my number again.

Call every night, "Telus" I answered once wouldnt stop trying too upgrade my plan even though I told him I dont go anywhere near the limits of my current plan and this one was more expensive, that was about 2 months ago and about 2 weeks ago started calling daily, pretty sure it's a scam for personal information.

Hey I just called telus and they DID confirm that this # is a Telus #,so its ok to answer!

I just called this number back and it said TELUS MOBILITY. I immediately said please take me off your list of people to call (I was getting 4 calls a day) and I quoted the number they used. They said they were not familiar with the number. They then asked for my number and my name. Once I gave it to them they HNG UP

Seems like a scam...

THIS IS NOT TELUS! THEY IMPERSONATE TELUS. I just talked to a TELUS employee (from their number) and he confirmed that this is a regular complaint and that it is NOT a TELUS number. He suggested reporting it to the POLICE

I get called by this number two or three times a day. I doubt it's Telus. I'm already with Telus, why would they be calling me to offer me a deal? Any time Telus has called me in the past, it displays their name on the call display.

add this number to the national do not disturb website, should take it a week or so to get sorted out, Its a scam, Usually is, they Also record your voice in hopes you have voice recognition stuff or what ever, so I read some where. Just ignore the call and when you see it come up just add it again to the NDND site. :)

Telus better do something or we will be dropping their service we have 3 phones thru them

Every single day for the last 5 days. No messages, no one there when I answer. Pretty annoying.

Do not call I have been harassed constantly I dont care what company they are from have then stop calling me I keep  getting  multiple calls a day  from 866-369-9826 even when im at work remove me  from this number please block and do not call me my number is 416 316 1971

866-369-9826 is a scam.  They are fishing for your information so they can use it for nefarious purposes.  Don't talk to them!
