I order the My Spy Birdhouse and this number called and did not leave a message.  When I called them back it was for free gas vouchers of $100 for just $1. I explained that I didn't want it and that it appeared that people on the internet were saying how they were charged $30 a month for some savings thing with Walmart, Target, etc.  I explained, yet again, how I am NOT interested and she said I could call back at any time and speak to someone just like her at the same number and cancel it after the 14 day free trial.  I asked why I couldn't cancel it now if I was going to have to call the same number back.  Just do not initiate it and do not send it to me!  She stated that they would not send it out and gave me her name and phone number. Rest assured I am calling at 13 days to make sure I am NOT going to be billed again for something I didn't ask for.  She did state that they never charge the account without authorization and she knows what I am referring to on the internet....etc.  Whatever.....SCAM! But follow up and do cancel to make sure!! I know I will!

I ordered Stompeez and started getting this phone call.

I orderd that Flex Seal product on Sunday (TV add).  Started getting the calls on Wednesday.  iPhone has a block feature.  I just tried it for the first time (hopefully blocking this number).

I received a call from this number after ordering Kerinique. I won't do business with them again.

Verified address on an order I did place but wanted me to reread the cc number used to order it.  Will be keeping a close eye on bank account.

If you follow the call list back, you will see that these folks have been running the SAME SCAM SINCE 2008!! Nothing has been done to stop them! They just know the caller's name & last 4 digits of credit card used usually to order some cheap thing from a TV infomercial.  It BLOWS my mind that they continue to be allowed to run this scam for over 5 years, after literally thousands of complaints & calls to BBB!!!  Throw them under the jail.  Just DO NOT GIVE RHEM THE FULL CREDIT CARD NUMBER, do not converse, & just say "Not interested. Do not call me again." Hate that in today world we have to put up with such aggravation constantly.

They just have the last 4 digits of your card(usually card was initially used to order TV infomercial product). They want to get the rest of your card #s so they can bill it.  Answer, just say loud & clear,"NOT INTERESTED. DO NOT CALL AGAIN." That technique seems to work according to fellow complaints. Avoid getting into any conversation. Then hang up loudly.

Answer phone. Only state loud and clear' "NOT INTERESTED. DO NOT CALL AGAIN." Then  slam phone down to hang up. Do not get in conversation, listen, or respond to ANYTHING they say. That should take care if it.  
  This same scam has been running for more than 5 years! Do not give them ANY info--they 'know' your name from recent infomercial purchase, AND ONLY THE LASt. 4 digits of your credit card.  They want to scam you to get the FULL NUMBER. Just don't listen or talk with them, say the above and hang up as loud as you can because they usually wear earphones; make them 'pay' for bothering you, and they-or any of their colleagues-dare call back!

I have been getting calls from this number since I ordered a pair of tickets to the play Chicago.  Now the calls come twice a day now. I have not answered but blocked them on my iPhone.  Galaxy tickets is where the tickets were purchased. They are in New Jersey.  Irritating for sure.

I ordered vitamins on-line & they called to confirm but mainly called to encourage me into getting $100. card FOR FREE well nothing is free & this gift card isn't either.  You can use it for 7 or 14 days & if you don't cancel they will bill your credit card you used to purchase item in the first place, a mere $30.00 a month until you cancel.  I told the salesperson that I paid for the vitamins & want the vitamins BUT do not send me anything else, no gift card for $100. no nothing.  The salesperson insisted that I "just give it a try".  Again I said no thanks do not send me anything other than my vitamins.  And also told her to consider this "gift" as cancelled.  I don't ever want it.  Finally she agreed.  We'll see.

When they call my home phone I just Very loudly whistle in to the phone on tell they hang up on me. They finely stopped calling me.

These people are rather frightening and are not your typical telemarketers. I am dealing with terminal cancer and could not deal with a bunch of calls right now. I don't have the energy and I can't risk turning down my phone in case of an emergency. I read quite a lot from many resources out here about these calls from this particular telemarketing number, which has been bold enough to read off people's credit card numbers, and even know them by first name when they call (I can vouch for this as it just happened to me). It was downright disturbing on so many levels, it's hard to even describe. I just knew that if I didn't take the bull by the horns and explain what is going on right now with me, these calls would return over and over again. I had to take chance with a lesser of the two evils and call them back. As soon as the phone rang, it was picked up by a woman who said "Hello Natalie" and I was thankfully primed beforehand by your many warnings about this or I would have been stuttering and caught off guard completely. I never let her go any further for her to give me my credit card number or make things any more worse than they already were, but I merely made her aware that I am dealing with terminal cancer, and that when the phone rings, we except close family and physicians only these days. I was lucky enough to get someone who sounded human and promised she would remove our telephone number. The only connection I can find to this is that some of you mentioned ordering the Instyler, as seen on many infomercials. I never buy anything from TV, but when I went to Amazon, they did not carry it any longer, and so I bought one from the companies website. Obviously more than just my name was sold to these people. I can't say with complete certainty that it was because I ordered the Instyler, but it does seem like a hell of a coincidence as that is the only place I ordered from that I have never shopped through before. Things are getting dicey out there. Be careful.......

I purchased HD Vision glasses and the calls start coming.  I will not answer the 866 number and will never order another item off of the TV ever again

Got this call 3 times on my cell today. Having unlimited minutes I decided to keep calling back.Well,I finally got thru.If you have ordered anything from tv ads or in a magazine,they get your number.They say its to confirm your order(in our case it was for Snackeez cups for the kids) and to get you to sign up for some b.s. coupon crap.Only $1 for first month,$30 there after. Learned my lesson and never giving # out again.

I ordered the Torchlite from Bell&Howell through the TV Advertiser Emson. I set up a "Shop Safe" card before placing the initial order. Shop Safe cards are temporary CC numbers with an expiration date and purchase limit you can set. I used the web site to figure out how much the total would be then set up the Shop Safe CC with that limit. When I ordered the Torchlite, the operator tried to sell me a bunch of other products including MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS!! Holy mackerel! Today I got a call from this number (866-379-2003). At first they verified my name and address, all well and good. Then the initial caller handed me off to a "Confirmation Service" that made it SOUND like they were verifying my approval for something. The second operator then wanted me to provide him with my credit card number. He had the last four digits, but I wouldn't provide him the full number. He then tried to tell me that I wasn't needing to cancel anything and I shouldn't call the number that he had just told me I need to call to cancel the $30 per month "Savings Plan" they wanted me to authorize. I made a single clear statement that "I do not authorize any additional charges and I do not want your service. I will not accept any more calls from you. Have a nice day." Then I hung up and immediately closed the temporary Shop Safe card AND called my CC company to put it on record that I would not accept any additional charges on that number. The CC Operator verified that the card was properly closed and they would reject any additional charge attempts.

These people ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! Their entire business model is based on scamming people, stealing their money and "slamming" them into subscriptions and recurring charges they do not want. I bet they get a LOT of people signing up every day because they SOUND professional and legit. But they are NOT! They are crooks and operating an illegal scheme. They should be investigated and arrested .. but I'm betting they operate offshore of the USA just so they can't be prosecuted or shut down.

BTW: Their Caller ID came up as a long string of numbers and letters as follows: M11313360010138

I keep getting calls from 866-379-2003 and somehow they know my name.

It's been calling me every day for the past week. They will not leave a message. When I called back, they didn't even say Hello, just started shouting my name... I just hung up again... They are still calling..

Got a call today and my confused spouse answered it.  I had ordered Amazing Arms and he didn't know it so confusion began at the first statement.  Initially it sounded legit and we confirmed our mailing address.  But the guy went on and on about free $100 gas cards and some membership for $1 and then $29.(something a month).  Some kind of thank you for my order.   The guy would not stop when my husband said repeatedly that we don't want the special offer. So I took the phone from my spouse,  interrupted the dude and told him that I did order the amazing arms, did not want the special offer and if he couldn't send the amazing arms without the special offer, then just cancel my order.  Well the guy stopped was extremely polite, said he would put me down for a no and would send the amazing arms and have an amazing day!!!   Now I realize that he wasn't even attached to amazing arms, isn't responsible for my order and would have sent the special offer separate.  
Thinking about contacting amazing arms and just cancelling the order.  What a scam.

Wish I had read this before confirming my debit card number. Joke is on them thou, I'm going to get a new account, so I don't even have to cancel it later. I had got my dad a one razor from tv has the pawn star guy promoting it. It already showed they took my money for the product.
