This is a really rude posting given you don't have any idea if the number these people call- if indeed they are credit collections- is the correct number.  They happen to be calling me because I have an uncommon last name and it is the same as someone, not me, who does owe them.  So perhaps you might get your facts straight, because your post makes you look like a [***].

I have this number blocked but they call from 7am until 10 pm I want it stopped!

GE Money (Obama Supporters) is also Fingerhut so if you get behind they will call you numerous times each day until you are paid up; even if you made an agreement with a previous call.  Just ignore them or block there calls.  They started calling me on this number because I don't answer there other lines either.

Some guy with a foreign accent called and said he was from Pay Pal.  The person he was looking for wasnt here so they will try to call back.  He even kept trying to confirm this is the home number for the person.

GE Capital Card Services -  They service:  Care Credit; Amazon, Best Buy, HH Gregg.  If you have any of these and they call it is because you made less than the payment due or no payment at all.  

Rec'd call from this number asking for my ex that I haven't heard from in years.  VERY strange.  My number is unlisted to protect me from this ex, too.  Freakin' scary.  Hope they don't call back.

# started all day - sat and sun included - from Fri. morning, Nov 29th through yesterday, Sun. evening, Dec. 8th as early as 830 am and as late as 845 pm on a hour and twenty minute cycle.  After third day, blocked #.  Did not recognize # and never answered.  Never left message.

your phone calls are a pain in the ass. I don't answer them, don't plan to answer them and have requested previously that you don't call me anymore.

so I blocked GE Money from calling me from another number. Now the stooges are calling me from this number. they call every day, every couple hours, starting at 8 AM till as late as 10PM. I was gone the first two days that they were calling my number and in that time they called 18 times. Finally I was home and by the phone when it rang so I answered the call when it came, but they just hung up on me, didn't say a damned thing, it's the most obnoxious thing! They never leave a message. They just keep calling. I blocked their number(s) and you should to!

Obviously your complaints / reports to your attorney general and the federal trade commission fell on lazy, worthless, non-working ears. I've been getting their calls for months. They call anywhere from 5 to 8 times a day. I think at their peak they were hitting 10 or more times per day. They star promptly at 8:00AM and go into the evening, I think as late as 9:00 or 9:30.

But then I wouldn't expect government agencies to do anything about it; they don't protect and serve citizens, they work for and protect corporations. Being that this is a financial company, we'll never get any results from the government because the government is the lackie of banks and financial industry. Maybe we should hound our representatives and senators at all levels of government, local, state and federal. Maybe if they got hundreds or thousands of calls on this issue every day they might do something about it. And tell them that if it isn't resolved you will campaign against them in future campaigns.  We've got to stop sitting by and letting these jerks get high pay and great benefits for doing nothing, all paid by US from OUR work and sweat.

If we banned together and all made a commitment to not let a single person be re-elected to another term - and never to a 2nd term - they might wake up. But as long as we keep electing them, we can no expect anything to change. As Einstein said, the definition of Insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly, expecting a different result.

I did the same thing and got that statement, that it is  "Credit Card Services."  Interesting because that's how I make out my payments for my VISA card, So I wonder if that is Chase or if Chase contracts to  "Credit Card Services."

I pay off the card in it's entirety EVERY month without fail. So they can't be calling me for anything unpaid, and if it is the same company, they should have enough of a brain to know that I have absolutely no credit card debt to transfer to them.

This is causing me to remember that a few years ago I finally picked up on an annoying, constant call like this on a different phone number, and they did ask me about credit card consolidation. When I told them I have no debt, they hung up immediately without even saying "Good-Bye," and I think I got no further calls. Maybe that's what we all need to do to get rid of them, but we can't do that when they call when we're not at home.

This number calls all day long at all hours from 8am to 9:30pm...no one at the other end....call the number from another phone and the recording said Credit Card Services, second promt enter you account number as it appears on your credit card???which credit card? which bank? this is definetely a scam and I am reporting them to the FTC

866... is a generic 800 number could be calling from anywhere. From my friends in high places MIB they scam > clone your cell number. Which is used some were else in the world.. Just don't answer-- once you answer they in micro seconds snatch your phone number...

I have saved all calls from this number on my caller ID 3 calls within 3 1/2 hours..I have contacted our local television station to run a story about these people to see if we can't get something done..If the government can listen to our phone calls and hack our email they can do something about these bottom feeders...And they can call if they like my answering machine because that is all they will ever got from me...

Has called 7 times since 8:53 this AM to 5:25 evening...I have them all on my caller ID....They must love that answering machine.....hahahahhaha.. You aren't bothering me scum I sit right there and see the caller ID and laugh....
