What's funny is a number search that showed up as this company @ http://www.bbb.org/new-york-city/business-rev ... ville-ny-39706/ and shows out of business and government action against the company. But we know that being out of business just means changing a few numbers and Po Box location. Really, the only way to find out who's calling is to answer the phone and find out if they'll give you any information like name, address, and phone number then check to see if they're legitimate. Answering the phone doesn't mean you have to give them info it's for you to gain info.

Always tell em to eat a huge black d**k.....regardless if u actually owe the money, they just quit calling.

I've been getting calls from this number for the past two months. I had a VM message stating that I don't answer any calls from numbers I don't recognize. During the last week, they have been leaving VM messages asking me to hold for the next available representative. As if I had initiated the call! Common sense dictates that, it's best to ignore ANY calls from an unknown number.

Received a call from this # at 1:53 p.m. EST on 2/18/2014. They hung up when I answered.

It sounds like telemarketing for gay escorts. I could be wrong.

These calls are for a Walmart Credit Card. Someone opened up an account with Walmart during the Christmas Holidays, and they are calling me constantly.

They call often before 9am looking for a person that we never heard of. Keep telling them wrong number

who are they?

Caller ID "TOLL FREE CALL".  Left no message.  Called twice.  I tried calling back.  Number does not work.  

They say are Capital Retail Bank and are trying to collect a debt.  I don't have any credit cards through them.  The recording asked for my credit card number before even identifying the company calling and didn't say which account.  I don't usually answer 800 numbers but 800 numbers called me four times today so I blocked my number and called the last one back.  I never give out personal info and will continue to ignore these calls.  Reporting them does no good.

They called the office today and when I picked up I got no recording. I was just hung up on.

I have a block feature built in to my home phone so I just block those numbers.

It is GE Capital.  They also collect for TJMax, Marshalls, and Home Goods.  If you are getting this call than you are probably late on a payment.

This number called my home last night asking for my dang niece.  I was asleep and did not realize it at the time that the name they gave was actually her.  However, this morning when I got up and was awake and thought about the phone call I realized they had asked for her.  This is the 4 or 5 time this number has called our home, but the only time they have actually talked to us without hanging up.  We own no credit cards and own our home.  I am hoping they will call again soon so I can give them my little miss' correct telephone and let her deal with her own issues and stop invading my personal space.  

What are the hours they are legally allowed to call?

I get several calls a day from "Unlnown", which I won't answer and no message is left. (I did answer once last week, but no one was there.) Then this morning, the usual call and then immediately following, I get the 866-419-2780 call on my work phone!!

they have called every hour and have called as much as 20 times in one day! relentless!

They are calling my cell daily and nightly 7 days.  Today they left a message claiming to be a bank in Draper, Utah.
I won't call them back or answer their calls.
