I have been getting calls from this number for a while already. I do not owe any money to anyone so I do not know why they keep calling me. Every time that they call me I report them to the do not call registry. If we would all report them as soon as we receive a call from them, maybe we can make them stop. Call them back and say politely, "I live in a one party notification state and you are hereby notified that I am recording the conversation for the express purpose of filing a harassment complaint with the FCC and the local police. Please do not call XXXXXXXXXX again or it will be further proof of your continuing  harassment. I'm requesting that xxxxxxxxxx be deleted from your databases immediately. Have a nice day and please replay the tape recording you stated at the outset of the conversation that is being kept for quality assurance purposes in order to protect your legal rights, as this is what I'm doing at this time. Today's date and time is xxxxxxxx. Goodbye"

Do not hestitate, listen to them, negotiate or answer any questions. Read it to them until they hang up.

This is a [***] dating service. If you're getting calls from this number it's because you probably got a cheating spouse or friend who has used your number to register in one of those on-line dating [***] web sites. They pretend to be a collection agency when the wrong voice answers the call. The only portfolio they are interested in is charging the cheating spouse for the matches they have accepted or people they have met or conversed with. Yeah, they want to check on somebodys account alright!!!! It's a on-line dating service pretending to be a collection agency. The debt they are collecting is charges for match making. It's usually married people who meet each other in hotels who use this crap!!!! FYI!!!!

I get 3-4 calls from these guys a day on my cell phone. I blocked this number, and a few others, but they just make new ones by changing the last digit or two. It's a scam company, so I don't answer them anymore, but they keep calling back.

I got a voicemail stating call this number and said they are Roderick Ladderman a collection company calling to collect a debt.  I thought it was strange since I didn't have any pending bills outstanding.  When I called I was put on hold then when lady came back she asked what was the number they called me on.  When I gave them the number they contacted me on they asked for Daniel Reyes.  I told them I don't know this person so they said they have the wrong number and they would take me off their list.  So strange.  I would definitely not trust them.

For two years now I have been continually called by a recorded voice asking for a "Katie Goodfellow."  I have spoken with a representative(male) and have requested that my phone number be removed from their call list. I was told that is was to be done, but I am still being called. As of now, I cannot reach a live representative. I am getting extremely annoyed with these unimportant calls, and I don't know what to do next.

same problem as listed above...CONSTANT DAILY calls and I know there is no debt on my end and I am asked to call THEM back...how can this be blocked at no cost to me!....THis is harrassment and undeserved!!!!

I received calls from this number for a week.  Since the voice message did not say who they were trying to contact, I disregarded at first.  After all, I just changed my home phone number a few months ago.  The frequency of the calls reached 4 to 5 times a day, so I wrote down the information and called 866-429-3591.  I was put on hold 3 times before they asked for a reference number given in the message.  Asset Care asked if I was the wife, "Wife of Who?" I asked.  Then I was placed on hold for ten minutes.  Eventually during that first call I was told my number would be removed.  24 hours later I began receiving the calls again.  I called again.  Given the same lines again.  I have been told a second time that my number is removed, so I asked "What number".  And they disconnected with me.  

They have no regard to compliance.

some of these people answering these phony calls are leaving themselves out to dry. Just invest in a handy number blocker. They can be purchased online google it. its a device that is installed inline and ;you just input the numbers you want to block. These types of phishing phonecalls are always a bad idea to waste time with. they are looking for information either about you, sometimes someone you know and or someone who had your phone number before you. EITHER WAY IF YOU DIDN'T GET IT IN WRITING WITH WRITTEN NOTIFICATION OF A TRUE DEBT/DEBTOR THAT HAS A REAL ADDRESS AVAILABLE TO YOU, THEN DON'T FALL FOR THIS TRICK.EITHER IGNORE THE CALL SINCE ITS AUTOMATED OR BETTER YET WRITE THEM A NICE REGISTERED LETTER TO CEASE AND DESIST  CALLING YOUR NUMBER LETTER TO :

They are calling me everyday leaving automated voice mails and I refuse to respond. I have perfect credit and pay my bills and will not be harrassed by fools/scammers impersonating bill collectors.

i received a call from this number and the message left was for me to contact someone named Rodrick Lattimore and it was concerning a debt.

They have been calling my house 2 times a day for the last month.  It is the same recorded message again, but usually with a different name (today and yesterday it was Roderick Lattimore).  They do not ask for anyone when they leave these messages.  I will not respond to an automated phone system that doesn't even know my name.  Also, we got a new phone # about 4 months ago.  We owe no one any money and I will not fall for their scam.  Unless I get something in the mail that identifies who I owe, $, etc I ignore it.  Everyone, please be smart.  Unless they can verify the debt - you don't owe.

This number called my cellphone and left an empty voice mail.

Just got a new phone and keep receiving calls from this number. Sometimes they leave voice mails and sometimes they don't. Its always a voice recording from some place called Asset Care about a debt collection. I don't owe anyone any money but they continue to call. I'm marking them up as spam phone calls.

Got a call from this number for the first time today on a pre-paid cheap cell phone while in the doctors office. thought it was one of my kids so answered it quickly and got a chewing from some Mexican sounding person about a bill. Since I knew it wasn't for me I turned the phone off. My phone number has only been given to grown adult children and I've only used it three times in the past two years. There is no way the call was for me.
