Have received calls that come at various times of the week, and sometimes several a day.  Have ignored them to date.  Today called and reported that there is no "Christina Leonard" at this phone number.  The receptionist said my number would be removed from "the list".  Let's hope this is the case.  Also, when I called them back, the automated answering service did not even identify itself as to what company it was.

I just asked to be removed from their calling list.  I have no ID number and they are unable to find my telephone number on record, so until then, the calls continue.  The woman became very rude.  They are calling a business number.

them : Are you getting a Lawyer on us?
me: why do you ask?
them : We need to know if you have consulted a Lawyer about us.
me: why?
them : Do you have a Lawyer?
me : what if I do?
them : Are you going to Sue us?
me : what if I do?
them : hangs up

Very Strange. That was a few years ago. Then they called and called
with there stupid code number call us back thing. I never called back.
They still call, sometimes it rings 30 times. I never answer.
They are BS Scammers! They have also changed there Name and location
several times over the years. Yes I am getting ready to sue them now!

Keep receiving calls for a Jon Melvin from Asset Care Inc. 866 429-3591
although I have had this number for over 7 years and don't know any
Jon Melvin.  I tried to call them back to tell them this was wrong number even though it is long distance.  Someone answered the call saying may I help you, then when I told them they keep calling for Jon Melvin and there is no Jon Melvin here, I was put back on hold without a word.

Over the past two years (since we have this number), we have received numerous calls asking for Susan Barber. Other times we have been told we must call back by the end of the day for an urgent matter, etc. On one occasion, I actually spoke to a person who took my wrong number information and said the number would be taken off of the list but we have continued to receive calls at all hours of the day and night. We sometimes unplug our phone at night so that we can sleep undisturbed. When we complained to the phone company, they suggested we change our number.

All I could get out of the company is Asset Management and a case number.  When I called the number they left and asked for information about the company Beverly was very rude and said "We don't got to tell you nothin". Then she hung up on me.  It is so insane for them to keep calling here.  I am not Loretta Jackson.  I have had this number for 8 years.

I have been getting calls from 866-429-3591 for months now asking for a woman's name (I have no idea who it is or if it's a real person at all). They call daily, it's always a robot so there's no one to talk to. I tried calling several times but just get put on hold. About 4 days ago I tried again and a woman answered, I started to explain my situation and got put on hold. After 10 minutes I called back, she answered, same thing. I called back a third time and said "Don't put me on hold.." she said "calm down, just calm down" (calm down?), I told her I had been recieving phone calls and it was a wrong number, I told her my number. Again she said "calm down, it's not that important..." (WTF?). I've recieved the same calls every day since that happened, but no one answers when I call back. I would love to persue this legally. It's harrassment. Any ideas?

I get calls from this # several times a week - sometimes several times a day.  The automated message has a short ring - then an "operator" voice says to hang up and try again if you want to make a call; then the beeping sound like you hear when you leave a phone off the hook continues until my message machine cuts it off, or I hang up.

Received a call today(as well as every other day). Call was for Angel T and she needs to call back with reference #GA4873

They called today. I didn't answer and Never will.
I am getting call blocker.They are just wasting there time.

I Usually get calls on Sunday...same thing, This is about a debt that was paid by The State (the state will pay your medical bills if you were a victim of a crime)after going to court...since the bill was paid late (took aver a year to go to court) everything was messed up....This agency dosen't even have the correct account number from the original hospital bill.  Very rude, won't listen, and very unprofessional....now I leave the fax machine on and use caller ID...let the fax machine pick up..they get the shrill fax tone, then I use caller ID to see who called. If the number is someone I want to talk to I call back, if not...good luck.  It works great for telemaketing calls too.  Now lets hope they never start selling our cell phone numbers.

They call my home business fax machine. When I call from another line to try and tell them to stop, they tell me to hold, and then never come back on the line.

I was called morning of 10 Aug 2007. The call asked for a "Harry Rizato" or "Terry Ligato", and asked the customer to call back on 866-429-3591 and use code A74850. This outfit had been calling me frequently for the past year or so.

After several calls to this number, I finally got thru to a rude woman. I asked for a supervisor, and she repeatedly asked my why I was calling. I told her I wanted to send her company a registered letter, and she gave me an address: Asset Care Inc., PO Box 15380, Wilmington, DE, 19850 (I do not know if that's a true address or not).

This group is pretty cagey and their phone operator is very abrasive. The woman would not even tell me what sort of business they are in or why they called me to begin with.

an automated message asked for greg- when i called to correct them that no greg lives here i was greeted by a women who rudely turned me to hold on. She put me on hold for several minutes and when she came back,she hung up on me. I called back several more times to be hung up on.

They call - I don't answer - they don't leave a message.

I'm sure it's some rotten collection agency trying to collect a debt that's WAY past the statute of limitations. I've cleared all debts that are past the statute - but the [***] still call at all hours of the day. They once called me after 9 p.m. local time - I explained to them the FCC regulations on proper calling hours and offered to take their information to file sue against them promptly - the Indian sounding woman hung up on me.   HA HA !

What good does the No Call List do anyways??

Complete pieces of sh*t. will call at all hours and nobody answers the phone when you call them back.  Even their hold music goes in and out.

I received a call from them this morning; first I've heard from them.  Tried calling them back, was simply left on hold, and then checked the web to see if it was a scam -- and found you guys.

Is there any way to take action against them?

About 7pm est time.Automated voice asked for me by name and gave a reference number about an "Important business matter".
I called the number back out of curiosity assuming it was a telemarketer.After waiting on hold for about 5 mins I hung up.
Now I won't lie I'm sure I have some unpaid crap from my past but nothing substantial but even so from the many negative posts they sure won't be hearing from me anytime soon.

I also received calls persistently from 1-866-429-3591 for a different person.  I tried to call back several times and got hung up on.  I finally called the 1-866-3597 number and got through - told her right away not to hang up on me or I would report it as harassment.  She took my number off their list!
