I also received a call from this number. It began with a live person say that they are trying to collect a debt and then a recording comes on calling out a series of numbers and I never got the name because it is annoying that I hung up.....

I too am getting these calls from this phone number, and they call sometimes three times a day.......everyday-on my cell phone. I think that someone needs to investigate the location of this phone number and its calls and have these people arrested for harassment-

OMG I am so very happy I found this website. I was just about to be scamed! I recently got a letter in the mail saying that I owed NO!NO! Hair Removal Company $269.85! That's crazy right? At first I though it was true because last year in October, I bought a NO!NO! on ebay for $186.65. The letter said I had missed monthly payments, that I "agreed" to, which is not correct. I never agreed to monthly payments because I bought it on ebay. I was worried at fist because I foolishly didn't print out my reciet from paypal when I purchased my NO!NO! and paypal does not save your invoices. Thank God my bank has a record of it. I immediately checked my bank history and I found out that I did indeed pay ebay $185.65 for my No!No!. After checking my ckecing summary with my bank, I began to look up this companys address on the internet and I found this website! I'm so happy I didn't call these people. First of all they didn't even get my name on the letter correct! Second of all, if I were to purchase a No!No! from the company and not ebay, I would be charged $284.80. I payed ebay $186.65 so if I did owe the company money, I'd only owe them $98.15 NOT $269.85 like the letter says I do. Third of all, the letter claims to have sent me MANY letters and emails and made many phone calls trying to reach me and inform me about my bill, BUT I have NEVER gotten a phone call or an email or any other letters besides this one, before. what kind of name is Frmngdale?? These people are CRAZY!!! O_o

I also received a letter from Express Response Department with the return phone number of 866-441-4728 for the No! No! Hair Removal System.  It stated that I agreed to make monthly payments under the "easy-payment" plan, and that I was currently in default on one or more of these installments.  Said that they had sent prior requests for new credit billing information or payment and that they have remained unanswered.  Of course, none of this is true.  I did purchase a No! No! Hair Removal System from a company, which order was fulfilled by Amazon.  Instead of calling the number on the letter (I didn't want them to have my phone number), I called Amazon.  I had requested a refund on the item and because Amazon could not contact the seller (they had left the Amazon platform) Amazon refunded my money, under their A to Z Guaranty.  Amazon rep called the number on the letter and they immediately asked for the name and phone number of the person in the letter.  Of course Amazon did not give them any information.  From the beginning, the letter did not look legitimate to me and I'm glad I was cautious, as I knew I had paid the entire price initially and had been refunded by Amazon.  Then I further searched and found this site and the numerous people who have received the same type of letter.   Looked on my phone history of calls and found that they had called me on March 12th and the letter is dated March 13th. (I don't answer calls I don't recognize).   Totally a SCAM!!!   Don't fall for it.

Completely a scam.  They sent me a letter with this number as the "customer service" department.  Also gave the option of payment on-line through www.autobillpayer.com.  None of it seemed right, as I never buy anything on time and they told me I had signed up for the "easy-payment plan".   Beware of anything like this that just doesn't look right.  It makes me sick how many people will actually fall for this bogus letter and call them and give them information.

I cannot believe how people work for Scammers! We bought a No No from ebay. He dropped shipped it from Radiancy. in Early February. Unsatisfied, we contact the seller to claim a refund under the warranty. He told us to ship it to his company name OC Ventures inc. We did so and refunded our paypal account. No problem. Well, this week we get a letter from NONO Rair Removal Express Response Department, 1 866 441-4728, Fax Number631-576-8585, claiming they have tried to contact us prior, as we owe them a balance of $206.64. They claim we made payment agreement and we previously paid $120.00. When we ask who made that payment, since it wasnt from our accounts, they yelled at us that it was made by us. No credit card info or paypal was provided. They told us that we needed to send proof of payment. Which I responded by saying how do I know you are who you say you are? Don't you want the seller information? He obviously committed fraud in our name. They cut me off and said send the information. Of course a yelling match to place and we did not provide information but makes us wonder if the seller is part of this scam. Regardless, NO NO radiancy should not ship products with payment from another party. We never paid, or agree to make payment  with them. We dealt with the ebay seller, paid in full, returned the product and received a refund. We are making a complaint today with the State of NY A.General. We encourage everyone who are victim from this company or any seller of ebay to fill proper complaints. It is unfair for ppl to ruin another person vital credit. I can only fear that if one day the world goes without power...those scammers will be the one killing others for the last can of food. May God help us. Not many honest people left. Morals appears to out of date...Blessings to all.

This is a scam. A collection compamy calling for "Attacking Anxiety" and they could not provide any information on the debt or what was supplied as goods or service for repeated collection calls. We never heard of this company nor received any correspondence from them.
Junk call - scam artists fishing for credit card numbers. BEWARE!!

Received a letter from the Express Response Department of P.O. Box 406, Frmngdale, NY in the form of a "Priority Message:" stating my account was past due with an outstanding balance of $85.29.  The stated the facts were on 3/19/14, THE PERFECTER was shipped to me and I have not paid.  I must act now to avoid collection activity.

Thanks was saved by your posts.  I've been getting phone calls to my cell and letters in the mail.  The phone call was from the 4728 number but the letters say to call 1-866-441-4737 and didn't put two and two together.  Luckily they have been trying to call me at work so I didn't answer and as for the letter well I just couldn't believe I owed Beach Body anything.   I'm so glad I check this out before I called or responded.  I'm so sorry for those who did I wish we could do something about these crimes and put an end to this crazy sht from happening.

I purchased Wen hair conditioner and now I'm receiving calls stating that I owe money. I told them I paid for the product with my cc the same day I ordered it. So, I called Wen and the apologized and verified that I have a zero balance and I should relay that information to 8664414728 the next time they call. Sure thing at 4:49 pm EST they called again. Even after telling them again that I have a zero balance they asked for my address. Of course, I hung up the phone and blocked their calls. This is a scam, do not give out your personal information.

I am eighteen. I DO NOT purchase ANYTHING that involves having to make payments and I still get this call from this number.  I never answered and never will. I tried calling back and I get a voice mail that sounds awfully like a cellphone.  THIS IS BULL CRAP! I AM NOT FEEDING INTO THEIR WEB OF LIES! This needs to stop or I will call the police or an investigations crew. I have gotten calls from them every week for almost a month. It gets more and more repetitive every week. I am just done.

I just called them and they said that they were a separate company that just did the billing for beach body. My dad told them that he was going to call the police if they called my number again. Watch by tomorrow this number will be disconnected.

Got a letter from the company SKO Brenner American 40 Daniel Street P.O. Box 230 Frmngdale, NY11735-0230.
The letter stated that I owed money to No! No! Hair Removal for $309.95. Called the No! No! Hair Removal Company and they said that something had been order in my name but was shipped to a person named Darlene Zimmer in Custer, Washington. So, now the company was after me to pay the bill. So, if you do get something from this Collection Service you might want to check with the company that they are collecting for and see if someone order something using your name and address. I've contacted the sheriffs office in the county to find out about filing a report on this person. I'm sure they are doing it to other people. Be on the lookout for people using your name and address to order things and then have it shipped somewhere else and use credit cards that are no good.
