Got a letter and phone calls from this company SKO Brenner American 40 Daniel Street P.O. Box 230 Frmngdale, NY11735-0230.
The letter stated that I owed money to No! No! Hair Removal for $309.95. Called the No! No! Hair Removal Company and they said that something had been order in my name but was shipped to a person named Darlene Zimmer in Custer, Washington. So, now the company was after me to pay the bill. So, if you do get something from this Collection Service you might want to check with the company that they are collecting for and see if someone order something using your name and address. I've contacted the sheriffs office in the county to find out about filing a report on this person. I'm sure they are doing it to other people. Be on the lookout for people using your name and address to order things and then have it shipped somewhere else and use credit cards that are no good.

Based on that address, I can tell you that the operation is on Long Island. I hope you are able to get these goons off of your back.

New york State has only the one companty listed and it goes by SKO . BRENNER . AMERICAN, INC.

I did a reverse search address above and did find info at the Farmingdale location. But the net is known of being outdated.

Yes there are two companies seemingly owned by the same person with two different addresses.  If that doesn't scream fraud I don't know what does.

I saw an want ad for a debt collector in the same town. The ad was aimed at college students and made it sound like a great place. I discovered what they were when I search their name. I can only imagine how many kids they fooled.

Yesterday this number called and it was a SpamBot, but today I got a real person (I'm pretty sure-lol).
"Rosa" from "New York" calling for TeamBeachbody to collect a payment. Scary thing is that I had an autoship clear my account the day before. The amount she quoted was not my regular amount. She had the last 4 digits of my credit card and exp. date. She said she just needed the rest of the numbers and verification code to take care of the problem. Or, I could use another card. When I told her I would go to the website and take care of it, she hung up.  Beware!

I also got a letter from SKO Brenner American, Inc. 40 Daniel Street, Frmngdale, NY 11735. They said they are a debt collector. I checked the address it is not the official address of SKO Brenner and such address is a warehouse is for sale and this business is not BBB accredited .

Left a message with reference no# 1118153210 from Annette Smith.  Called back and gave the ref no#, then the girl wanted me to verify the name.  Told her to tell me the name in the reference; verified the correct last name.  Wanted to know my first, gave Sue; then wanted to verify my address.  At this point I informed her that I know they are a scam and that I don't owe anything.  House, cars, etc ALL PAID OFF last year!

Received call, due to fact that it is a number I do not know, I don't answer, no message, I did call back received auto answer to tell me to please hold and an agent will be right with me.  Hung up and blocked the number, they won't be calling me again.  I have not ordered anything that I have not paid for and do not owe anyone.  SCAM in my opinion.

I was feeling very depressed and in a moment of weakness, saw a commercial for Midwest to help with depression.  I was having a very bad week.  They offered a program to try out for two weeks and if you changed your mind, you can turn the product back in within the 14 days.  All you had to do was pay for the shipping cost of $14.95.  I got the product 7 days later and I changed my mind after talking my depression out with some family members, so I sent the product back right after I got it.

I got a call a couple days later saying I owe over $300.00 for this product. I turned it in and didn't even open it.  I called them up and they said I was wrong and signed up for something I know I didn't sign up for at all.  I immediately cancelled my card after the phone call so they couldn't charge me.  Ever since then, I've been getting phone calls from 1-866-441-4728 at least 5 times a day.  I don't answer.

Now I just got a letter in the mail saying I owe about $500.00.  They just upped the price!!!  I'm not paying any scam artist from this phone number or Midwest.  Midwest is got the shipping cost of $14.95, but they are not going to get anything else from me that I didn't signup for and I will be reporting them as well as this number to the Better Business Bureau.  For a company that is supposed to help others with depression, they are encouraging it instead.

866-441-4728 called my cell asking for my wife... wanted money for a "Proactive Solution" order that we supposedly ordered 9 months ago and never paid.  (We never ordered anything).  Told me the amount and wanted to know if I'd pay by check or credit card.  I asked why we never received a bill and she told me that they JUST mailed the invoice May 7th and blamed their billing department and again asked for payment.  I then asked what address they had on file, to which they quickly gave me an address in Noblesville, IN that I never lived at.  After about another minute, she said she'd "take it off the account" due to the address being bad, and hung up.

What a scam!

Apparently this supposed collection company is tied in with a bunch of products. It appears as though products my have been purchased years ago and now they want to "collect," that is scam. Make them prove the item was ordered and delivered or better yet forward all mail to your states attorney generals office. Also complain via the DoNotCall site. SCAMMER S!!

I have received two letters with this number claiming to be from nuwave.  I ordered the induction cook top,  paid total amount leaving zero balance.  This company trying to get $116.51.  Someone must be hacking into company files who sell on TV and internet.  All I can say is for every dollar they scam people out of will cost them 7 to 10 times that amount. It is a shame for someone smart enough to hack companies to be so stupid at the same time.  They will answer for it one day. Judgement Day if not before.

Sending phony bills, calling me and selling my information

The common theme is these purchases are from an infomercial. Somehow this company is getting this information from these late night companies. I used to buy so many gadgets from online TV infomercials. I bought the NuWave and my letter stated I bought on 5/2013 which was correct how do they know that, but I paid it off pretty quickly. When I got this letter I just keep looking thinking I know I paid this off. I then did my research to find the NuWave company has different contact information then what was listed. I decided to look at other site to see if this was a scam. Looks like Express Response Department is at it again. I posted the name so others can locate this site easily. Now they have a www.autobiller.com listed so you will pay without calling. Fail not paying bogus

I have received two calls from this number.  Don't know who they are or where they are from.  They start out wanting to know what number she called me on.  Then they ask my name and address.  I always reply, "you called me and you should have that information."  They give me a claim number to refer to but they want all kinds of information from me first...I don't give them any.  I have no clue who they are and until they identify who they are and what they want I'm not giving them any info.  I am blocking there phone number on my phone now.

Do Not call them at all.   I found out though Radiancy Inc. where I got  the Kyrobak, that they have nothing to do with these people.

I received a call today from a woman (I don't recall the name) who stated I owed $58 and change for an exercise DVD I ordered from Beach Body.  I did actually order that item and I couldn't recall what credit card I used to order it.  But, I do remember that I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one around the same time due to fraud alert on that debit card.  The lady asked for my address and I gave it.  She then asked for my credit card number and I refused to give that.  I then called Beach Body and they confirmed with me that I do NOT owe anything and that I had paid my balance on the item I ordered.  Please do not give your credit card number or any other information to anyone who claims to be from this company!

I never buy any of the above mentioned anything. Clearly a scam. My bills are paid too. Blocking this number. I guess if you have bought something, pay up. But hey if someone is abusing my credit...I WILL hunt you down and I have excellent vision and the ability to drive fear to its core.
