We continue getting calls from DCS for my sister-in-law, so by the other postings I have come to the conclusion this company is a collection agency for studen loans. I've told them she's not here (she lives out of state) and to call her and bug the crap out of her, not us. Her debt isn't our problem. She has been a career student for years. She may have finally gotten a job and is no longer in school and has to pay her student loans and can't afford them. As I said, it's not our problem. If they can't find her based on the info she gave them (she hasn't moved from where she lived when she started school), it's not our problem. Harrass her, not us!

Does DCS make harrassment calls every day? They called yesterday and asked for my husband regarding his sister. They said he was put down as a reference. I told the woman who called that the person they're looking for does not live here. She never has. She lives out of state. They had to get her information to give her the student loans in the first place, right? Well, she has the same phone # and address that she had when she obtained the loan...use that to get ahold of her.

Today another person called. When I answered my phone they said her name right off. I told her I'm not who you're looking for and that I told her yesterday and the day before that she does not live here and she never will. The woman who called said, "that's funny because I wasn't here yesterday." OK I don't care. The problem is you people keep calling every day and every day I tell you the same thing. The woman kept trying to interrupt me and talk over me, which really pisses me off so I had to get nasty and yell at her. She wouldn't shut up so I finally had to hang up.

I don't understand why they just don't call my sister-in-law themselves. I'm not her babysitter or her messenger.

They called me and wouldn't tell me who they were or what they wanted.  

They were looking for my next door neighbor who they said left me as a reference contact.  He would not have done that without telling me.  They are trying to get me to do their dirty work.  

They are LIARs and lack integrity and basic manners.  

Next time they call they will get an ear full.  Lousy low-lifes.  Anyone doing that job is a piece of crap.

Don't do their dirty work.  They can't get in contact with her so they are trying to use you.

Please learn to make intelligent posts using punctuation and correct grammar. It's "their bills" and not "there bills". By the way, this company continues to call even when payment arrangements have been made and the payments are being received.

This company called my home phone number looking for my neighbors across the street, I don't know them all that well, but find it incredibly unbelievable that they would call random neighbors that is NOT OKAY!

I work for the government and I can tell you, in most states the statute of limitations on unsecured debt (credit cards) is 7-10 years. Write a certified letter to DCS stating the statute has run and they are to cease and desist from calling you. Whatever you do, DO NOT send a payement to them!!!! Even the smallest payment will start the statute all over again.

I have received three phone calls from this company in the last 2 months, same representative named Kimberly.  The first time she said she was following up on a job resume, calling her company DCS Security in Dallas, TX.  I made the mistake of not confirming with my cousin before giving out his info.  She called again last week and again right now.  I've told her both times I'm not instructed to give out his information and she got rude, asked me to take down her info and have my cousin call.  If she calls again, I'm going to tell her she can SUCK IT.

These people are very rude! I have been working with them to pay off a bill from an ER visit I had 2 years ago. When I had to make an emergency move and needed to turn on utilities, pay a deposit and first month's rent, I immediately called them to let them know that I would have to make a payment on September 2nd instead of August 31st. The rep, Kathy Hollace, immediately became loud, rude, demeaning, condescending, threatening, and even hung up on me without letting me get a word in.

I suggest avoiding them like the plague! Find out what they are calling about and then contact the people with whom you have the debt in order to make arrangements with them personally.

If you have a problem with this company, even if it is involving you calling them looking for someone else, PLEASE file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You can do so online, it is very easy and quick! This behavior will not be dealt with unless official complaints are made. Don't let them bully and harass you!

I had a call from these people; the first two people I talked with were rude and disrespectful; I hung up on both of them;The third person I spoke with was very nice we worked out an arrangement to rehabilitate my loan; I hope this is really counting toward my student loan and not some ripoff; the front of the checks when I view them in my account has the name of the company I consolidated my loans with so hopefully it will be ok.

I had someone call from DCS today looking for a neighbor who lives 5 houses down from us...the girl was demanding and very rude - and no just because we're "neighbors" doesn't mean I know this person from anyone else.  I think that is against the law to call and harrass a neighbor like they just did to me....someone needs to report these people!!!  

They refused to tell me what DCS stood for or why/how they are calling me to find someone.  I wouldn't tell them I knew someone even if I did...jerks!!!!

These people are relentless...they are calling my neighbors, my bosses neighbors and everyone else they can to track me - I travel for my job so am out of the country sometimes, I am getting embarassed because they are ruining my life spreading rumors and telling people about my debt with them - what can I do????

My neighbors are being harassed and some I just met for the first time when they came pounding on my door about how DCS reps are treating them on the phone too.  HELP, please...I have reported them to the BBB, FTC and no one has done anything about it.  They are slowly ruining my life, ugh.

They called me at work today. I screened the call because I refuse to talk to a debt collector over the phone. I don't trust them. Anyhow, the caller wouldn't identify himself. I asked if this was a personal or business matter, what the call is regarding, and what company he is calling from. All the guy said was "It's a personal business matter" and when I asked from what company, he said "Texas". I said "Texas?", and he said "Yes. Texas".

I know I have a debt with them and I pay what I can monthly. When I can get in a better financial situation, I will pay them more each month. I written them several times with no response. I have also sent them letters to stop calling and communicate through written correspondance only and when they call me at work, my co-workers tell them to stop calling a place of business and that I cannot receive personal phone calls. Guess what they still do??? They still keep calling.

I have other debts with other companies and they don't harrass like this company does.

This girl named Nichole (Nicole?) Bishop called my mom, saying she needed to talk to me about "time-sensitive material." Mom said I was still at work and asked for contact info so I could call her back when I got home. Ms. Bishop told my mom she was from DCS but refused to tell her what it stood for or even give a number for me to call. Seems stupid, right? Well, thanks to our caller ID, we had the number (866) 486-0885 so I called it. The line was silent for a few seconds, then I got a recording saying the number was no longer in service. I looked it up online with DCS and found this place.

I only have one student loan out and I've never missed a payment, including when I decided to go back to school and work part-time. I'm calling AES tonight to figure out what is going on.

My family member did not ever put my name as a reference. Also, we don't have the same last name so getting my number as a possibility from directory assistance wasn't the case either. I'm not sure how they get our phone numbers but I definitely consider it harassment on top of the lies they tell.

I paid off my Tmobil and 2 student loan accounts and the agent forgot to clear the account. Eight months later, this phone number appeared on my cell and the beast on the other side demanded me to pay the debt. After 2 days of searching, the Tmobil agent apologized and fixed dead account (bring back from grave!!!) and sent me the confirmation. For the student loans, it took me 3 months to clear off the list. Reason: they forgot to close my account when it was cleared. The system then send to other department for final attempt collection and then debt collection agency. When I explained to these beasts with the evidence of confirmation, they said not working. Finally I contact the police and faxed to police the confirmation, I did not hear those beasts bother me anymore.
