Just spoke to a woman, and it sounded like a call center in the background.  She supposedly took my name off of the call list.  I asked who was calling me and she said it was someone trying to sell you something for your good credit card standing.  Who knows.  The phone or music played for a long time before someone answered.

received several calls from this #.  The first call said, "I'm sorry, all agents are busy, we'll try to contact you later".  The repeat calls stated that they needed my complete credit card # to send me my $ voucher.  I never have spoken witha live person--this seems like a pretty big scam to me.  If you call this # you'll actually hear Simon and Garfunkels "Only Living Boy In New York".  Quite wierd.

I too have been getting calls from this number almost daily for the past 2 weeks.  At first I didn't answer, but now I try to in the hopes I will actually speak with someone to get them to remove me from whatever list they have.  However, when I answer they hang up.  And when you call back all you hear is that strange song and then eventually the dial tone.  I plan on filing a complaint on the do not call registry once I have been registered for 31 days, which is unfortunately a week away.  I am guessing they are a call center and cannot receive incoming calls.  Regardless, it's VERY frustrating and if it weren't such a hassle I would change my number!

I just called after seeing a post from someone else who said they actually spoke to someone.  I got an answer and she said she was with "Platinum rewards."  I asked to be removed from their call list, and she said she would remove me.  We will see if it works!

Ok, well it looks like they didn't take me off because I just got a call, about 2 hours after I talked to someone and asked them to take me off the list!  However, I just called and talked to someone else who said they didn't even see a record that I had reported that, but apparently since I'm not calling from the number they are calling me on (which is my cell) she thinks it may take longer to take me off the list.  They are definitely a call center because you can hear several other people talking as well.  This is just ridiculous that I can't have a call stopped from my own cell phone!

Just received a call from this number.  No information I would like to know who this is.

Knock on wood, but I haven't gotten any more calls since I spoke with someone on 5/25 (TWICE) and asked that I be removed from their list.  So my best advice would be to call and hope you can get someone and ask that they remove you.

This number calls me at least twice daily mon-friday. When I answer, they hand up. If I call back I get a voice mail to call back during normal business hours.

Finally was able to talk to someone; supposedly this "company" is offering "gifts" for being a valued Visa Card holder...sounds like a scam.

I've been getting a call from this number once and twice a day.  But whoever is calling barely lets it ring.  That might be because I have an answer tone that people always mistake for my voice mail.  Either way, I'm in Tennessee, where is everyone else from?  Maybe it's regional?  They are calling on my cell phone, and I never input this number on any internet form or anything.  Very strange, and VERY irritating.  Makes me nervous that someone on this forum said that someone from that number read them the last 4 digits of their credit card!

I'm getting the same calls on my cell...they've said they are VIG Financial, and are offering me vouchers for groceries and gas...I've told them to take me off the list...but they've been calling for a total of THREE WEEKS!

I tried dialing the number on a land line and just got music playing!
I have had close to 5 calls on my cell number and I never give out
my cell phone number!  very frustrating, very curious to see who or what company this is!

I have gotten several calls from this number- at least 8 since the second week of May.  Answered on a few occassions and they hung up.
I called from a land line and it just went to some type of hold music.
It picked up and no answer, just some music playing.
I never give out my cell phone number, so must be some random deal, but very frustrating!

Answered the phone and got a hang up. Called the number and got music...waited and someone answered, she said that it was a computer generated call, and the name of the company was platinum credit cards. They were actually looking for my sister, that hasnt lived here in 10 yrs. I ask them very candidly, NOT to ever call back and to take my phone number off of their list.

I got one hangup call, then they called right back and said they were from a Prize service and wanted me to verify if I had a CC ending in XXXX.  They told me the last 4 of my CC, I don't know where they got it from but they had it.  I just told them that I didn't have a CC and to stop calling.

On my cell phone I've received a minimum of 4 calls a day at the same time each day for the past 2 weeks.  No message is ever left.  The first few times I answered and no one was on other end.  I live in Oklahoma with (918) area code and never give number out.

I keep getting this call.  I originally got the unidentified caller ID and the VIF Financial offering gas vouchers just for being a visa member.  I told them not to call me again and to remove me from call list once they refused to say how they got my CC#.  Since then, I have gotten at least one call per weekday and on saturdays from this 866-491-7121 #.  
They are getting more persistent.  Now I get 3 calls a day during the week.

When I call them back, I get only music, no voicemail or recorded message.  
I have no idea who is calling them, but they are getting continually more persistent.

I've been getting calls to my cell phone from this number for about two months. When I answer it, I eventually get a tone similar to a fax machine. I am on the National Do Not call List, but I haven't found a way to stop these calls.

I don't give my number out. The voice sounded masculine and extremely agitated -- had an acerbic quality to it. I am concerned how they got my number. It's annoying!
