Calls and hangs up 2 -3 times day, when I call back it is just music. I am on do not call so dont know why i am receiving this call. Same type of call aslo comes from 866-491-7312 2-3 times daily

I received a phone call from this number but as soon as i pickedup someone hungup from the other side.  WHO? WHY? calling me.  I returned call but all it say is our office is closed and then nothing else.....

Ok i called back the number and actually spoke with someone who said they would remove me from their list. It is a call center that is used for "hercules hooks" and platnuim rewards. The reason we always have the silence is due to the fact the computer system is random dialing and if a agent is available you will be contected if not then you get silence. Still dont understand how I got on their list since I never have bought or used either product they work for.

It really is for the Hercules Hooks, I'm telling you ever since I bought those damn things I've been getting calls all day 2-3 times a day, they've used different numbers such as (866) 499-7312, (314) 216-3685.  It's all a scam, we need to sue hercules hooks for giving out our info.  Some lady I talked to said she was gonna take my number off, and 2 hrs later I had another call. This phone is registered to do-no-call and still I get calls, FACK!

They call everyday AT NAP TIME!!!! I have a toddler and an infant, and I work third shift. Twice a day they call and at least once a day wake up my 10 month old. I finally got a person today, she answered Platinum Rewards, I asked her to identify her company again. She said in one sentence, "Platinum Rewards, do you want to be taken off of our list?". I told her that if I get anymore calls from them I will be filing a harrassment suit. I just want my daughter to get a full nap in. These calls have really caused problems for my family. You have to dial the *67 before calling the number. I called at 9:30 a.m. and got a person. If anyone knows the appropriate actions to take against this company I would like to know, just in case. Hopefully it's over.

Go to this website and register your phone number...you can register your home or cell phone number.  I registered mine about a week ago and I haven't heard anything since and I was receiving at least 1 call a day.

Ive been getting a call from these guys once or twice a day, in the morning i never answer, but this afternoon i answered and got the 'hang up' sound! Im in Arizona, so it seems this is going on all over the place. I too tried called back, the first time it rang once and then nothing, this time it rang for a min and no one answered. I've tried to search the # on the BBB site, and nothing, and i googled the # and came to this site!!! So very annoying!

Received many calls from this number.  Don't know anyone or any business at this number nor do I give out my cell number.  The one time I answered, they called me by name and started some speil but I hung up on them.  Since then I receive at least one call a day if not more.  When you call the number back all you hear is music.  This is very annoying.  Someone with too much time on their hands, trying to scam hardworking, innocent people.

I received 3 calls from the # in 1 day- the 1st 2 times were as missed calls. On the 3rd called it hung up when I answered. I called the # back from a land line- like 3 seconds later and got a recording that said our offices are currently closed ? No company name or hours? Bizzare!!!

Got a voicemail from this number asking for me by first name as if I had picked up or was screening calls. Then hung up.

keep calling cell but leave no msg.

I was told I was being called for being an outstanding Mastercard holder. I have a debit card and am probably just going to cancel mine and get a new one.

I keep getting this number calling me too.  They are pissing me off.  I'm going to call the registry and get my phone number off the list.  Maybe report them also.

Im all the way on GUAM. and i just recieved a call from these guys. a woman spoke to me asking for my husband. but previously i recieved calls from another woman claiming she was calling for visa and that i won a trip to orlando florida from the disney magic wand sweepstakes with visa credit card. she then directed me to another number and website and it was a scam for SUMMERBAY RESORTS. there sale tactics are disgusting and the way they lure people into buying their vacation packages are just low of them. watch out if you get a call from "GLOBAL PRODUCTIONS" it is a scam. all these people are linked together. their trying to cheat you out of your money.

it rings once and they hung up, when i call back there is music playing I am getting about 2-3 calls a day
