    HAHA!
So this so called law firm called my job and left a message to call beck to avoid getting served!. So I called the number and the extension was totally off. I had to falsely enter a last name most common "Smith" and I spoke to an Anthony Smith. How convenient. Anyway I asked to please stop calling my job and asked him who I owed money to. He stated the company that I recognized so I further cooperated with the process to take care of this matter. SS# CC# ,address and phone number. I set up the dates to take the payment. Later in the week I realized I was not going to be able to afford the payment arrangement so I called to get a lower payment made. This is the catch!!. ...
::::::::::::::::When I called Mr. Smith and told him who was calling he said "I'm sorry Mrs. blahblahblah I don't remember speaking to you"....I was like what? Then I said alright well I don't feel comfortable speaking to you and I don't trust ur company so I will be cancelling my CC. Screw you. And if I owe you money send me some paperwork stating so. He then said well if you don't feel comfortable and don't trust me why did u call me back? He wouldn't let get a word in and with attitude he hung up. AHHH red flag here...definitely a scam!

    Haha! :)

I just got a call man left a voicemail saying Summons /Fraud with the lst four #'s of my ss#. I called him back MR. ROOSE ext 2610... He was so ignorant and mean I cant believe he talked to me the way he did. You are not allowed to leave messages on peoples voicemails or answering machines due to third-party disclosure. I asked him his address to send a letter to them and he wouldnt give it to me he said I better hire a good attrny and hung strait up on me, wouldnt give me the address. I think we all should try and do a class action law suit on against them. I looked up the have a F rating from the BBB!!!!  All I know is they are in Georgia!

I received a call from Les Covington, AKA as Mr. Covington.  He called my job from 678-894-2982. I had my attorney on as a third party, and at first he said he could not speak with him, and then asked my attorney for his credentials, and once we compiled, Mr. Covington, said that he could no longer talk to me but my attorney.  Mr. C, said he needed a letter faxed to his office and when asked for the fax number he could not remember, but then through this number out 866-496-4922, and it was not a fax number.  Mr. Covington called my job and threaten my Division Administrator that he was going to arrest me because of fraud.  I have clue of what he is talking about.  I do that this needs to stop there is a law that if you tell a creditor you cannot have phone calls at work, they have to stop calling you.  I have turned him and all information into the Attorney General's office.

the issue is the fact that if you owe this it is a legitimate persuit. If not then you have a valid claim. You should be prepared for litigation.

People will always get into a situation where having the option of utilizing pay day loans will benefit them. It is certainly better than borrowing from a friend. There are many lessons to be learned here too. Use the money you work hard for wisely so that you do not have to make loans is number one. Number two is that you just adhere to the contract and pay back what you have borrowed. It is really just that simple. There is no use in running from it when a collector calls you and requests payment. You avoid calls or have a negative attitude because you are being contacted. Why would that be the way to go? When you needed the money that Payday loan company was there for you. Paying the money back settles your debt and also puts money back into the system so that others can have help just the way you did. Think about it.  You will be glad that you did.

So "Ebb" it appears that you're, yet again, another belly-crawler that thinks it's crafty by trying to slip in a self-righteous line of BS into the middle of a thread. Having a bit of trouble collecting those invalid or dreamed up debts are you?
Here's a bit of advice for you my ethically challenged friend. If you have a legal right or title to collect a debt...prove it! It's simple "Ebb"! Put those claims of yours in an envelope and mail them to all those "runners". You know? They're called "letters of validation". The things that have all those pesky bits of info. on them that prove you're not a smoke blowing bag of hot air. If you're not familiar with those letters, just look up the FDCPA. It's all spelled out right there for you "Ebb". That FDCPA is very helpful "Ebb". It'll tell you all about why you're failing to collect on those bogus and invalid debts. People are learning their rights "Ebb". That's why you're failing so miserably at collecting that money that you have no legal right to.
You can scream, holler and preach all you like "Ebb". But if you can't prove, as per federal law, that you have a right to collect those debts, don't drag your low-life 3rd party debt collecting A** in here and whine about it. You've got no one to blame but yourself "Ebb". You fouled up your life and now you're stuck being a bush league debt collector. Your life may suck, but out here in the real world it's great. And getting better every day.
Oh and "Ebb", I've never had the slightest notion of needing a PDL. I've got more money than I know how to hide from the tax man. I guess that's because I've lived an upstanding, moral, hard working life. And now I'll never have to be an indignant, broke debt collector.
    Skeff Ett Liv "Ebb"!

    MR. Justice
I hope you guys know that New York State is investigating you.  You have harassed NYS residents about illegal lending activity and are under investigation.  I enjoyed forwarding all legal documents to them including the legal document I sent you that you signed for then denied getting only to send it back 4 months later unopened.  These loan companies are now bowing to the pressure of NYS to stop breaking the law are now no longer offereing them to NYS residents.  It is illegal to attempt to collect on these loans yet you continue to harass people in New York.  So I will tell you as the voicemails I used to get used to end I wish you luck.
