Talk to your bank ASAP.  Tell them what happened.  They can probably return the money to the lender and move the rest of your money into a new account with a different number.

They scammed me too.  I contacted my bank and put a stop payment on this company.  They aren't supposed to be able to deposit or withdraw money from my account.  I couldn't get in touch with them either until I got an email with an "extension" contract.  They've told me if I have my bank wire the money back then I won't be charged.  They tried to get me to send them a bank statement proving I didn't spend the money.  I told them when hell freezes over I'll send them more personal info.  Here is the contact info from the email -

They've replied to multiple emails today now that I'm ticked off.  Somebody even called me but wasn't helpful so I hung up.

Michele, I have recevied these calls as well. The same thing ,threatsnto send police, lawsuit, etc. Do not pay ANY attention to them. They also try to get you to send personal info,so they can ofr course steal your hard-earned money!! The ones that called me had some kind of Indian or Middle Eastern accent. To all, if you receive any call like this, report them to the Internet Crime Unit,or the F.B.I. The F.B.I. has a site that explains about how these scam artists and extortionists operate. Don't be afraid. They can't do crap to you!!

they somehow either buy or steal our info from other consumers we have given info to in the past...the only way to beat it is to pay down asap...they sent me 200 and a interest of 60 every 2 weeks i dont pay...but if i pay 100 on top of that 60 the rate only applies to the 100 still due and they will charge me only 30 the next time a payment is due...they get away with it because they base their company outside the states it is illegal in and since its on the web it doesnt matter where u reside because theyll say their laws are for anywhere but those 15 states...after that id get a new bank acct and call cmg telling them ur call is being recorded and u want them to delete u from their system permanently

This happened to me as well. I called my bank and told them I did not agree to any deposits for this company. My bank filed a E-dispute for me and is sending the deposit back to them. Sad to see companies preying on folks when they need help. Call your bank ASAP.

Paid em back right away plus interest then had to put a stop payment on the account...  I've been threatened for over a month - they said when they sue there is an automatic $1500 charge for court costs that I would have to pay.  I asked them to please quite calling me...  Haven't heard back...  I think it's just a threat...  They know they are sooo wrong!  In any case - I think we have enough people for a class action law suit...  lets put em out of business.

I filled out an online application to be approved by a lender for a payday loan. Not once did I sign up, or approve a loan from DJR Group, LLC, nor any of its affiliates. I received a voicemail at my place of employement notifying me that funds,in the amount of $250.00, would be deposited into my account the next day. I assumed this was a mistake given I signed no legal documentation approving said loan. However, the following week after checking my account, I noticed funds had been deposited into my account. I made several attempts to contact this party before the due date of my alleged loan interest repayment, only to be given the run-around for weeks. Then the company withdrew the funds before my pay date causing me to be negative in my account. They then immediately withdrew the interst and return check fee as well. My bank said due to it not being a bank error they could not assist me. Finally, I got ahold of a rep who informed me that I did sign legal documentation. I requested copies of said documentation, as well as her first and last name. She refused to provide her last name stating, " I'm not going to give you that." I was taken aback and told her to forward the required information. Also, I informed her that I would need the date of withdrawl to reflect my pay dates. She informed me that I would have to fax over documents such as a bank statement, or check stub as proof of said pay dates. I was grieved by this, but today I did so with a nice note attached informing them that I did not consent to said loan, I would be contacting the Attorney General of my state and their proposed stated, contact the BBB and any federal agency that prohibits such practices. I will be calling to verify that the date of withdrawl has been changed, fax received, and a corporate office number. Any refusal to provide said information will be monitored and recorded and the FBI will be notified as this is a mass theft ring.
