I am going through the same thing. I was called by a lady who told me that I had received 300 dollars after only LOOKING INTO A PAYDAY LOAN...which I decided not to do...I told the lady no thanks and hung up the phone...next day 300 dollars....and an overdrawn account. There must be a way to help us.

please do not take anymore money out of my checking account, the number above is not valid. I found out from the credit bureau that this company SSM Group LLC does not exit. Please put all of my $60.00 back in my checking account, I have a lawyer.  You have taken out over $300 from my checking account.  Payments will be stopped.

Ssm group llc is a scam company related to https://800notes.com/forum/ta-429fb24ec2162e3 ... -numbers-here-2 soon you will start getting calls from SCAMMERs in india.who say they are all types of law enforcement and government agencies ssm group llc is not licensed I sent a complaint to thee ftc bbb and I received a response from the bb saying we regret to inform you the mail we sent to the business was returned as UNDELIVERABLE as they no longer are in business or never were. Ssm group is a total scam do not pay them a cent. They are not a ligit company and they also are not licensed in any State.

SSM group llc also goes by the name of river elk services. And OSL services

Never put your first and last name with middle initial on any internet forum. These scammers frequent these forums and they can get alot of info by searching your name through google and other databases

I recieved a payday loan from ssm group llc of 250.00 I did apply for one but was unable to contact them before they started to take out money in May.. The loan was deposited in April of 2010.  it is now March of 2012 and I have been recieveing fraud calls for payday loans for the past 2 years I've paid off SSM GRoup through one of their collections but now I am recieving calls for a different loan I never recieved.  My advice to everyone here if you need money right away don't do a payday loan over the internet go to a cash advance place or a bank in person to take out a loan.. NOT ONLINE now I have a call just today 29 march 2012 saying that I will be served for check fraud and to call back within 24 hours I am a lady they called me MR.  To confirm information I guess I called a lawyer for advice.... What ever anyone does and you do go through with a payday loan and recieve it in your back pay it back as soon as possible the full amount including charges so that your information gets off the internet for these collectors ... so that you wont be a victim of a SCAM.... DONT PAY ANYONE THAT JUST CALLS AND ASKS YOU FOR MONEY CAUSE YOU HAVE A PAYDAY LOAN THAT WASN'T PAID MOST OF THESE CALLS ARE SCAMS...

I had a loan through another payday loan company, became out of work from ankle surgery, the company was calling me and harassing me, threatening me with jail, etc. I found a lawyer on line that filed a suit against them. 1st I called the state dept of banking-who made a report, they had me call my state attorney general of consumer affairs who took a report, and they suggested I call a lawyer which I did. The lawyer sent me a booklet to record the time and date, and what was said by them and me. I called the lawyer everytime they called me, I won the lawsuit. Now BMG_SSM Group LLC email me and sent me a letter through a collection agency called lighthouse.

They are claiming that I took out a payday loan. 5 years ago, my bank account was compromised and so was my identity. The bank handled the situation but now, these people keep calling. I have in the past (3 separate occasions) faxed them info from my bank stating that it was fraudulent and they still claim that I have not provided that info. They keep saying they have a warrent out for my arrest (Big lol) They also have gone as far as lying and claiming that they are detectives with various police departments and called my husbands former job trying to track me down. They NEVER stop. You can change your number and have it unlisted and they will find you. They are rude and nasty. It is all a scam too. The sites that I have pulled up about the company they claim I owe money to flags as a scam site. The complany they claim I owe is DJR Group LLC... total scams!

I just received a call from them this morning.  The representative was very rude to me, and the supervisor kept talking as if I had no rights to say anything, ignored the fact I was trying to ask him to please listen to me, and then he hung up.  Please, when you get these call, take the number and report them to the police.  Calls like these need to be stopped.  Professional people do not act this way.

I keep recieving harrassing calls from a company called NCA, they are saying they are a litigations company on behalf of DJR. They are threatning to take me to court and for failure to pay. I have contacted the company that originally called me about this payment and they have sent me the PAID IN FULL letter. Now the other company is telling me i still need to pay them or face going to court. I dont know what to do or if this is indeed a scam. Please help me. I have paid all that i owe and do not want to be a victim.

Keep saying I'm being sued on loans I can't verify, won't send proof of loans, just threaten for money. Not o' my credit report either.

Ignore 'em. Total scam.  You might invest in a call blocker.

If they have a legitimate debt tell them to send you a hard copy with all the particulars by US Mail.  They don't want to do that, tell them to go to hell!
