Unknown refuse to answer, anyone know who it is?

Yup, its SAM's Club or WalMart.  If you get prescriptions there, this is who it is.  Once your prescription is ready they will call

Sam's Club Pharmacy letting me know that my prescription was ready.

The least they could do is use real time ANI to identify their number.  I bet a lot of people don't answer or miss the calls when they don't see anything but an 800 number listed with no name.

I have some Walmart prescriptions set on automatic refill and they call from this number when they are ready.

This is from the Walmart Pharmacy. My father has prescription medications that he gets filled there and they leave a message once it is ready for pickup.

It may be the pharmacy, because they call home number when husband is actually standing at the window picking up his prescriptions.  Should have caller ID.   I click on/off so never actually answer calls I do not recognize.

i received a call last night abot 8:45 there was a lot of noice but not one responded.

I got calls from this number almost every week for a year and I haven't had any prescription filled at Walmart for more than 2 years.  I never pick it up.  I had my provider blocked this number for a while and now it calls me again.

I think it's a scam of some sort. Got this number on my business line telling me 4 scripts were ready for $29 or so. At the end, it leaves a message and phone # for a Wal-Mart that is 40 minutes away. Not only do I not use Wal-Mart Pharmacy, I wouldn't have used that one in particular anyway. The pharmacist I spoke to (after robotically trying to look up my last time, even though I told him I wasn't in the system) told me any pick up calls would be generated from that store with that number only. I've got Skype which makes it real easy to block. Either someone gave the wrong # or a joker decided to use my business number as a prank.

Called the number back and Yep, it was Walmart Pharmacy about my prescription at Sams Club.  They were letting me know it was ready.  NOT spam.

Received call from this number Jan 7, didn't pick up as didn't recognize #.  If it's walmart pharmacy they really need to fix things, cause I've NEVER used them.

Automate message saying that my prescription is ready and gives me the amount of prescription and phone number to my local Wal Mart.  I called the number given in the automated message and told them I do not have a prescription with them and give them my number and they say it is not listed in their system...I don't get my prescriptions from Wal Mart and I have gotten numerous calls from this number.  Anyone got a telephone to corporate...maybe someone there can find my number and REMOVE IT!!!

This number is the central call number from which Walmart pharmacy contacts their customers when a prescription is ready to be picked up. You get calls from this number if you have signed up to be notified when your prescription is ready for pickup   I appreciate this service, but wish Walmart would identify themselves on caller ID as there are so many others out there that do not identify themselves because they do not want to be reported for unwanted solicitation, etc.

STOP SENDING THESE MESSAGES! That I won. This is phoney baloney!

If this is messaging from Wal-Mart, be advised I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE and want it STOPPED NOW!

We are getting calls from this service for three weeks in a row about a prescription we have ready.  We've never had a prescription filled through Walmart and we can't get a real freaking person to stop the calls.
